A beautiful resort spread across a huge piece of land and enriched with all modern amenities. The staff behaviour is excellent and the service is top class. A huge variety of breakfast food is icing on the cake.

Great stay in Salalah.

Amazing hotel. Was there for 4 nights for the khareef season. The property is great. Has good facilities and is clean. Service is 10/10. Someone is always available to assist you. Gym and Breakfast was 10/10 Hotel is about 30-50 minutes away from most landmarks and the city centre. But being away from the traffic has its advantages.

A wonderful short stay in Salalah

The hotel is generally good. Of course, being a resort, its location is far from the city, in an empty place, but there are some shops and Some cafes and grocery stores offer basic necessities. They are located in the neighbor resort and can be reached on foot or by using the golf carts available for free. As for restaurants, I tried Saffron Restaurant for breakfast. It was very good and varied. I tried the Beach Restaurant for dinner. The place and location are good and nice, close to the sea, but the menu could be more varied than it actually is.

Very nice place to visist, good for kids and family also, access to the Acwa park. The rooms may be need some innovation, other than this all good

While the resort grounds are well-maintained and the property appears impressive at first glance, my overall experience fell short of expectations for a 5-star resort. Firstly, the location is quite remote far from the city center and without any nearby options for dining or shopping outside the resort itself. This limits flexibility and makes guests entirely dependent on what's available within the property. Another inconvenience was the parking situation. Depending on your room’s building, the walk from the parking lot can be quite long, and the golf cart service which is supposed to assist with transport around the large property is not always available or reliable. Service quality and attention to guest convenience did not reflect the 5-star standard. I was hoping for a more responsive and guest-oriented experience. The breakfast area was another point of disappointment. It was consistently overcrowded, making it difficult to find a comfortable table indoors. The only alternative was to sit outside, which is only pleasant if the weather cooperates. Overall, while the resort has potential, the experience didn't quite meet expectations especially given its rating. Improvements in service, accessibility, and dining logistics would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.

People were friendly and food was good, but i was disappointed with the condition of rooms as it needs a lot of innovation and there was no source of entertainment inside the hotel.

If you like sleeping with ants on your pillow or wash your face with ants around the sink it is your go to place. Rooms are very dirty and furniture is very old.

Great beaches and dining especially at other parts of the resort (Marina Side). Although hotel aged and was not clean, nor did the staff know how to clean properly. Some staff was very rude didn't even acknowledge my 10 month old, nor did they offer to hold the door open for us when having a baby in our hands.
