I was greeted by Patrick at the entrance, and right off the bat I felt so welcome! We grabbed a sled for the bags because there was mountains of snow, and he showed me down to the cabin. The path was beautiful, all covered in snow, pine trees everywhere, it was like we were on our way to Santa's workshop. The cabin was incredibly warm and cozy, lots of good vibes with heaters and the fireplace. I really love the net/hammock in the second floor, it was my nap space every day. Soaking in the hot tub with all the snow coming down was a very special and relaxing, especially with the stream rushing by right there. I enjoyed the location, not hard to find, but far enough away from any populated areas, so you get the feeling of being away from it all. There is a nice bakery about a 15 minute drive, and some grocery stores to stock up cause you won't want to leave once you get there. Patrick and Vicky are very responsive and incredibly friendly. I even got a snow mobile ride back up the hill on my last day, and they gave me fresh eggs from the chickens on property. I would summarize the experience as cozy, rustic, and peaceful. Thank you guys for the memorable stay, it was the highlight of my travels across Qubeck!
