Wir waren bereits das 2. Jahr in Folge zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung wĂ€hrend der Sommerzeit. Die Wohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Wege zu den StrĂ€nden sind kurz, in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und AKtivitĂ€ten. Neu ist die Lademöglichkeit fĂŒr E-Fahrzeuge in unmittelbarer NĂ€he der Ferienanlage, die wir mehrfach in Anspruch nahmen.

Tolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in dem Apartment fĂŒr 2 Wochen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die gesamte Anlage ist an einem Hang errichtet und bietet mit Pool und Sportanlage weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Über kurze Fußwege sind 2 StrĂ€nde in max. 15 Minuten erreichbar, die Stufen können evtl. eine Herausforderung darstellen.

Tolles FerienhÀuschen, super Lage und toller Vermieter!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und ruhige Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist super und der Blick von der Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist an alles gedacht und sehr funktional. Man merkt, dass der Vermieter sich bemĂŒht, dass man sich sofort "wie zu Hause" fĂŒhlen kann. Es war das beste Bett, das wir bisher in einer Ferienwohnung hatten und das ist in einem Urlaub sehr viel Wert. Die Kommunikation und die ganze Organisation liefen sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Un propriétaire qui méprise ses locataires, du jamais vu!

SMS restės sans rĂ©ponse, ou rĂ©ponse inappropriĂ©e, rĂ©activitĂ© nulle suite Ă  un problĂšme d'alarme qui s'est dĂ©clenchĂ©e Ă  deux reprises de maniĂšre intempestive Ă  5h00 du matin le 1er jour et Ă  6h30 du matin le second jour : sans discontinuer pendant plus de 7 heures, toutes les 3 minutes une impulsion sonore stridente...sms au propriĂ©taire et Ă  la personne chargĂ©e de la remise des cles....la nuisance sonore Ă©tait tellement forte que l'homme d'entretien est venu voir le lundi et a cassĂ© le dispositif placĂ© Ă  4 m de hauteur! Malheureusement, nous partions le lendemain. Sur 8 nuits rĂ©glĂ©es, nous sommes restees 4 nuits et avons eu 2 nuits trĂšs Ă©courtĂ©es par ces dĂ©sordres ...CQFD le lieu en lui-mĂȘme est trĂšs agrĂ©able malgrĂ© l'exiguĂŻtĂ© du logement consĂ©cutive Ă  une optimisation maximale de la capacitĂ© d'accueil...Ă  deux personnes, l'accueil est correct, Ă  cinq personnes comme annoncĂ©, cela ne paraĂźt pas rĂ©aliste.. .

Petit mas situĂ© au sein d’une rĂ©sidence trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien entretenue, Ă  proximitĂ© des plages avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Appartement en excellent Ă©tat conforme Ă  la description , trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© , propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable . Toutes les dispositions inhĂ©rentes au contexte sanitaire actuel sont mises en Ɠuvre. Sentier cĂŽtier de randonnĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© avec de trĂšs belles ballades Ă  faire. PropriĂ©taires trĂšs rĂ©actifs et Ă  l’écoute , les personnes chargĂ©es de la remise des clĂ©s sont Ă©galement trĂšs disponibles et sympathiques. Tres bonnes vancances

Sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung (wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst), toller Blick aufÂŽs Meer. Ruhige Lage. Anlage schön bepflanzt / alles grĂŒn und regelmĂ€ssig gepflegt. Kurzer Weg zum Pool (lang genug um auch Bahnenschwimmen zu können). Alle 3 StrĂ€nde wirklich bequem zu erreichen: Sylvabelle mit einigen Stufen (uns hat es nicht gestört) direkt am Sentier Littoral (wunderschön zu Laufen) Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und problemlose SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe. NĂ€chster BĂ€cker (Spar) ca 1,5 km oder Boulangerie mit toller Patesserie direkt in La Croix Valmer.

schnuckelig, funktional, schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, hervorragende Ausstattung, wlan bestens, Fitness fördernd, 65 Stufen, schönes Schwimmbad, völlig unkomplizierte Übergaben des Objektes mit verlĂ€sslichen Menschen, schöne und nahliegende Ausflugziele, top Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sehr schnelle RĂŒckzahlung der Kaution, völlige Ruhe im Schlafzimmer. Das Objekt ist zu empfehlen.

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, au calme, et à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Il est trÚs fonctionnel et trÚs bien équipé. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. La literie est confortable. La vue de la terrasse est vraiment belle. Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait de pouvoir utiliser la grande piscine de la résidence, qui offre elle aussi, une vue splendide. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in gepflegter Anlage. Gute Ausstattung, schöne Anlage, Meerblick. Der Pool ist toll. Der Vermieter kĂŒmmert sich. Allerdings viele Stufen, nichts fĂŒr Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht.

Location idĂ©alement situĂ©e la plage Ă  pieds sur un sentier en dix petites minutes et dĂ©part du sentier du littoral. Le mas lui mĂȘme est parfait tant en equipement de la literie Ă  l 'electromenager,tant au point de vue propretĂ©. Logement avec jolie vue sur la mer de la terrasse ou de l'interieur;pas de vis Ă  vis,tranquille car personne au dessus et la rĂ©sidence est calme;Bien entretenue;avec une piscine propre adaptĂ©e Ă  la natation!et entourĂ©e de belles terrasses avec des chaises longues. Je conseillerais vivement cette location.

SĂ©jour parfait tout est lĂ , l'environnement magnifique la vue sur la mer l'Ă©quipement de ce petit mas, la plage Ă  10 mn Ă  pieds. Nous avons quittĂ© les lieux avec regrets nous aurions aimĂ© que le temps s'arrĂȘte. Nous conservons cette adresse prĂ©cieusement.
