Cette maison est plus que vieillissante. Les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus. Tout y est désuet et date d'une autre époque. Tout juste un camping amélioré.L'agence de location est cependant très réactive et bien organisée pour la remise des clés. Ils répondent très vite aux mails et aux soucis rencontrés. Un coup de jeune dans la déco ne serait pas du luxe. Est-ce qu'il est obligé d'avoir une nappe à fleurs en plastique, de la vaisselle dépareillée, aucun salon extérieur sur aucune terrasse, une cuisine extérieure à l'abandon avec en prime des vieux tubes de crème solaire des anciens locataires, ainsi que leurs bouées, plus des vieilles bouteilles (dans les jardinières) soit disant qui sont pièges à guêpes, des vieilles raquettes qui trainent etc... Un coup de jet sur les marches extérieures et les terrasses feraient du bien. Le ménage d'arrivée laisse à désirer. En général dans ces régions, lorsque l'intérieur de la maison n'est pas beau, au moins un effort particulier est mis sur les extérieurs !! C'est là qu'on passe le plus de temps.. mais à priori cette règle ne s'applique pas chez tout le monde.

Verliefd op huis en tuin
Het huis, de tuin en het zwembad overtroffen onze verwachtingen. Wat een heerlijk huis en een prachtige plek. We wilden niet meer weg. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, de bedden slapen heerlijk. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer en 2 van de 3 ook een toilet in de badkamer. Het huis is compleet ingericht met o.a. een wasmachine en droger. Ook is er airco wat bij de hoge temperatuur ook echt heerlijk is.De tuin is in zijn geheel omheind wat ook prettig was omdat we 2 hondjes bij ons hadden. Om naar de stranden of naar Ste- Maxime te gaan heb je wel de auto nodig.

Tolle Lage, schöner Pool
Wir hatten sehr schöne zwei Wochen in diesem großzügigen Haus. Drei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder, eingerichtet in charmanten oldschool- Stil. Alles sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war toll, wir haben auch zwischendurch gerne einen entspannten Tag am Haus verbracht. Gläser und Küchenutensilien könnten ein Update vertragen, die Aussenküche am Pool wirkte nicht so einladend. Der Grill dort war nicht mehr in Betrieb. Dafür gab es eine elektrische Grillplatte auf der Terrasse.
Von der Terrasse im Obergeschoss hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer.

Rustikales Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung
Tolles Haus mit eingezäuntem, gepflegten Garten, in einer sicheren Residenz gelegen.
Inneneinrichtung eher rustikal, aber sehr charmant. Für unseren Hund perfekt.
Fakt ist: wir buchen dieses Haus wieder!
