TERRIBLE Experience. You have to reserve for everything and they charge you EXTRA! You have to reserve to eat at their restaurant, you have to reserve to seat at the pool and you have to pay extra for using the pool. I have never seen this before. No iron in the rool and problems with the security box. At the end we decided to leave the hotel at the middle of our stay.

Bon établissement

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end. Le personnel était avenant et sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, néanmoins on voit que l'entretien ''à l'italienne'' se fait sentir. J'entends par là, que dans les détails on ressent que l'hôtel prend de l'âge, mais que les petits entretiens comme les joints ne sont pas faits.

Struttura molto bella, storica e molto ben tenuta nella parti comuni. C'ero già stato nel 2018 e devo dire che la differenza si è vista: c'è stato un calo di qualità e accortezze. E' un 5 stelle e ci si aspetta il massimo, ma così non è. Servizio a colazione che lascia a desiderare, lentissimo il servizio di rifornimento di stoviglie, cibo e bevande. Personale non da struttura a 5 stelle, col broncio, che sparla di continuo. Alla reception zero cortesia se si fa presente qualche problema. Bar della piscina deludente: servizio di pessima qualità, personale scontroso, tempi lunghi anche solo per prendere l'ordine (30 minuti nonostante i solleciti). Bagno in camera con 1 solo bagnoschiuma piccolissimo non reintegrato durante le pulizie giornaliere (dovrebbe essere la regola in un 5 stelle), dispenser per shampoo e bagnoschiuma attaccati al muro rotti e vuoti, phon con filo cortissimo quindi bisogna asciugarsi i capelli stando seduti e non in piedi, frigobar con solo 2 bottiglie di acqua non reintegrate durante le pulizie giornaliere e niente altro. Per finire l'utenza... devo dire che c'è stato un calo qualitativo degli ospiti. Un vero peccato perchè la location, la struttura e tutto intorno è veramente molto molto bello.

Anrikt hotell med fantastiskt läge och utsikt. Fint poolområde, bra frukostmatsal och riktigt bra bar. Dock lever inte hotellet upp sin ambition då AC inte fungerade och att reaktionen vid utcheckning relativt det var dålig.
