TERRIBLE Experience. You have to reserve for everything and they charge you EXTRA! You have to reserve to eat at their restaurant, you have to reserve to seat at the pool and you have to pay extra for using the pool. I have never seen this before. No iron in the rool and problems with the security box. At the end we decided to leave the hotel at the middle of our stay.

Unbeatable cost benefits ratio

Amazing nice facility with excellent gym and spa facility. The dinners set menu for 39 per person including 1 bottle of wine plus everything is a bargain. The quality is excellent. It's a pity that they don't change the choices. Always the same. The spa opening hours also is frustrating. But the overall quality compared to price is unbeatable!

The hotel was great, very clean and the property is beautiful. The staff was a bit rude. We called in advance to let the hotel know that we had a dog and it seems like the person who responded did not annotated the information. The reception desk was rude and told us we should have let them know, when we explained that we did called he was still rude to us. Breakfast was not great, not many options and food tasted a bit old.

Very bad service for a nice hotel

The hotel is modern but the service is too bad it’s a systemic attitude from the workers they always pretend that they are too busy to carry the up the stairs o just open the door as well as the food in the restaurant is terrible and heated not fresh. In addition the housekeeping staff was not clean properly and you should keep call them to have a toilet rolls all the staff in the hotel and spa need training for this nice hotel except one receptionist lady was very friendly and professional.
