It features three warm and inviting bedrooms: a master suite with a luxurious double bed (160 x 200 cm), a second bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a crib, and a third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), perfect for families or groups.

The heart of the apartment is a generous living space that seamlessly combines a dining area, a lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy direct access to the private balcony from the living room, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening wine while admiring the picturesque views.

Convenience is key at Casa-La Carotto. Parking is available just across the street, and a free shuttle to the ski lifts is at your service. For daily essentials, a grocery store is located on the ground floor of the chalet. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location, with cross-country ski trails just 300 meters away, and alpine ski slopes, as well as additional shops, within a 1-kilometer radius.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
