We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, this charming house of fisherman, just a step from the port, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until eight travelers. It is composed of a nice living room, equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms. Wifi, cleaning, we are waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate 6 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine, dining table...
- A shower room with a shower, a basin, a towel dryer and a hair dryer.

On the second floor:
- Room 1: a Queen-Size bed (160x200).
- A bathroom with a shower and a basin.
- Separate toilet.

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: a Queen-Size bed (160x200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.

Outside :
- A sunny, enclosed courtyard furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy a relaxing moment in the sun. The space has a right of way for the neighbor.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, cot, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- Tatihou Island the boat leaves from the port of Saint-Vasst-la-Hougue and makes regular connections with the island.
- Tourist office located at 350 m (5 minutes on foot).
- Barfleur is 10 km away (15 minutes by car).
- Cotentin Regional Park located 39 km away (35 minutes by car).
- Cherbourg-en-Cotentin located at 30km (31 minutes by car).

Activities :
Come and enjoy the splendor of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue elected Favorite Village of the French in 2019 on the Normandy coast. Visit the island of Tatihou, stroll along the customs path (GR 223), taste the oysters of Saint Vaast.
