The gite has 2 large bedrooms and can accommodate 5. It has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a bath and shower and comfortable lounge, with UK and French TV, WIFI. and DVD library. There are several areas for 'alfresco' eating, equipped with tables chairs and parasols,which are delightful places to sit and relax. The Gite garden, with a large shady terrace,also has comfortable armchairs and a bbq. The 'secret' secluded, pool garden, is a sunny delight! Equipped with tables,chairs, sun loungers and parasols, and a delightful' Day-bed'. The gite is close to two internationally renowned Theme Parks: The Puy du Fou, and Futuroscope.
Both gardens are surrounded by rolling countryside offering wonderful views, with many footpaths to explore. A stone picnic table and benches are but a 3 minute walk along the lane!
In the nearby village of St Pierre du Chemin, (3 minutes by car) there is a Childrens playground, general store with a post office, award winning boulangerie, bank with cashpoint, hairdressers, restaurant/bar and chemist, and beautiful lake near the old 'Lavoir'.. There are three large supermarkets and numerous other shops, about an 8 minute drive, in the nearby town of La Chataigneraie.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. A security deposit required at check in, of 100 pounds or euros (cheque or cash) against damages and to ensure the Gite is left clean. Refunded after inspection.Thanks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
