La Yuccaloc welcomes you in its green setting in the hamlet of Parlatges, between Lodève and the Plateau du Larzac, only 20 minutes from the Salagou Lake and 20 minutes from the Cirque de Navacelles. Access to the motorway is about 8 minutes away. Ideal for a quiet and green pied-à-terre, while still being close to everything. Do you like nature and walks? The Yuccaloc is for you!<br><br>The house consists of:<br>- 3 bedrooms with double bed, one of which is 160<br>- a fitted kitchen open to a living/dining room with pellet stove for the winter<br>- TV / WIFI<br>- a balcony overlooking nature<br>- a bathroom with bath AND shower<br>- a garden and a private swimming pool<br>- a private parking lot<br><br>Our swimming pool is private and reserved for you, it is in operation from the beginning of May to the end of September and has a salt chlorinator that transforms the salt into natural chlorine. The result: purified water that is very gentle on the skin and eyes!<br>We have installed a solar shower and a toilet in the nearby building for your comfort. Ceiling fans have been installed in each bedroom as well as in the living room. They fit perfectly into the Yuccaloc: ecological, healthy and silent, you will love it!<br><br>We ask you to clean when you leave in order to avoid costs. We change mattress pads and undercovers for each tenant. Sheets and towels are included.<br><br>The house is declared in the town hall, and classified three stars as a furnished tourist property since Christmas 2021. Pets are not allowed.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Een heel fijn huis met zwembad apart van balkon en huis. Ondanks de warmte bleef het binnen koel. De ontvangst door de gastvrouw was aangenaam en communicatie verliep probleemloos. Een heerlijk huis op een mooie plek en met uitzicht op de berg.

Séjour très reposant dans un environnement grandiose. Annonce en totale adéquation avec la réalité, logement très bien équipé et très propre. Notre hôte, Charline, était très à l'écoute, discrète et réactivite. La région est tout simplement magnifique.

Maison très agréable pour un séjour au calme

La maison est très bien équipée Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et sa vue sur le magnifique paysage. La terrasse est très agréable pour les repas. L’accueil est chaleureux et Charline ,la propriétaire,attentionnée Nous envisageons d’y revenir.

Très agréable

La location est vraiment sympa et très bien entretenue. La piscine "au sel" est géniale et l'eau n'agresse pas la peau, c'est super. Le coin est très calme et très agréable. On y reviendra 😁☀️. Merci à Charline, qui est très gentille et disponible.

Un séjour au calme

accueil chaleureux, avec hôtes d'une grande gentillesse, disponible en cas de besoin mais en gardant une grande discrétion. Maison très agréable, qui ne manque de rien, situé dans une très belle région. Je recommande, car vous serez au calme.
