Located on the hill and overlooking the village, this single-storey and fully air-conditioned villa offers an idyllic setting for your holiday in Provence. Its location is ideal: just a 10-minute walk from shops, with no overlooking neighbours and in a peaceful setting, surrounded by a landscaped enclosed plot of 8,000 m².



A perfect address for family or friends holidays in Provence, between modern comfort, Provençal charm and on-site leisure activities.

•Large tree-lined and secure plot, perfect for relaxing,

•Shaded petanque court (with boules kit) for convivial moments with friends or family,

•Heated swimming pool (6x 3.50 m, with sloping bottom and steps), secured by a roller shutter, located just in front of the house for direct and convenient access.



The 60 m² interior offers:

•Bright living area with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine + filter coffee machine)

•Two comfortable bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets:

Adorable maison au calme

Nous avons été reçus chaleureusement dans cette charmante location. La maison est coquette, compacte, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un délicieux séjour. La piscine est ravissante et bienvenue après les découvertes de la journée. Nous recommandons "la petite maison sur la colline" sans hésiter. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Die Übergabe und Rücknahme des Objekts waren gut organisiert und einfach. Die Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage einfach klasse (absolut ruhig, mit toller Aussicht und dennoch nah beim Ortskern). Würde sofort wieder buchen. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Kosmetikeimer im Bad, Sonnenschirm und neue Armaturen für Dusche und Waschbecken.
