We really liked the location, not even 5 mins by walk from the beach. The hotel is clean and out room has it's own small kitchen, fridge and outside sitting. Parking for free. Very satisfied

Rude morning staff!

Great check in. Lady was very nice. good parking. Room sink was broken. It leaked water all over the floor! we tried to tell the reception in the morning. He was rude and swore at us. He did not understand a word of english, spoke only french and was very rude and arrogant about listening to the broken sink. he told us to F OFF!

A disappointing stay

We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. We requested a room change and she assisted. Unfortunately the room had a foul/damp smell. This smell also came through when we turned the air-conditioner on. So we had to turn the air-conditioner off which made the room quite hot. Just before bed I went to the bathroom, switch on the light and was shocked to see cockroaches. I counted five small ones. We decided to pack up and leave the hotel immediately. We managed to get a room at another 3 star hotel down the road. The next day we went back to the hotel to inform them of this. They were understanding, apologized, but in the end only one night was agreed to be refunded to us between Expedia and the hotel even though we didn't spend any night there. We are still waiting on this refund.

Convenient, practical accommodation that was well kept. Excellent for beach and local shops, both 100 yds. Air con was rather noisy but effective, Good kitchen area, that enabled most meals to be prepared easily, Service at reception was polite helpful.

Super séjour famille 6nuits - juillet25

Séjour de 6nuits en duplex premium (vue jardin) avec deux enfants (4-7ans). Hôtel super! Staff super souriant, accueillant, aidant. Point d’amélioration: ménage prévu en milieu de parcours à partir de 7nuits. Il serait bien de le proposer des 6 nuits à la demande car nécessaire avec des enfants et la plage pas loin. Mais le staff a encore une fois été aidant. A part cela, Chambre calme, pratique et confortable. Piscine super propre et bonne température (séjour juillet 25 donc hiver austral). Hôtel super bien situé: proche commerces et surtout à 200m de la plage ! Je recommande chaudement !
