A good hotel

The hotel is well located, clean, serves a decent breakfast and offers spacious rooms. Just make sure that the radiators are working well when you check in because the one in my room needed attention. However they fixed it quickly and while doing so said if there was still a problem I could have a different room.

Un couple d’hĂŽtelier vraiment trĂšs accueillant (de façon sincĂšre et spontanĂ©e!), aussi ouverts Ă  la discussion pour faire connaissance ou parler de ce qui se passe en ce moment. AttentionnĂ©s Ă©galement (merci!). Les bĂ©mols cependant : - il est indiquĂ© parking (raison pour laquelle j’avais choisi cet hĂŽtel) mais en rĂ©alitĂ© c’est un tout petit espace qui fait office de stationnement (1 place seulement). Quel dommage, surtout quand on sait que St Nazaire c’est un grand port et beaucoup de personne y viennent dĂ©poser leurs voitures avec leur dĂ©mĂ©nagement Ă  l’intĂ©rieur (une voiture garĂ©e dans un parking et non dans la rue = sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© pour nous). - l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien placĂ© mais il aurait besoin de quelques rĂ©novations pour le moderniser et lui donner un coup de « pep’s » - des finitions sont Ă  revoir (ex : le sol de la salle de bains garde l’eau et donc un peu noir au pied du bac Ă  douche, papier peint en partie arrachĂ© dans la salle de repas, rideau de douche trop court donc laisse passer l’eau et qui mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre remplacĂ© par une porte vitrĂ©e).

Des travaux Ă©taient en cours depuis la pĂ©riode de confinement , donc je ne peux donner d'avis trĂšs fiable. L'accĂšs au parking privĂ© gratuit n'est pas Ă©vident. Digicode lent qui laisse penser qu'il ne fonctionne pas et pas facile d'accĂšs Ă  cause de l'amĂ©nagement de la rue pour les bus (terre plein Ă  franchir pour rentrer dans le bĂątiment). Mais responsables trĂšs agrĂ©ables et charmants et je n'y Ă©tait que pour dormir, donc tout cela ne m'a pas gĂȘnĂ©.

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© et payĂ© pour 2 chambres doubles et lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s, nous avions 1 chambre double et 1 chambre simple. La rĂ©ceptionniste a rajoutĂ© un lit supplĂ©mentaire dans la chambre double d'oĂč trĂšs peu de place pour circuler. Mauvaise rĂ©ception TV. Bon Wifi. Parking gratuit notifiĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation. Pas de places car il peut accueillir seulement 3 voitures !!!

Ravi de découvrir un hÎtel de ce type.

En déplacement professionnel je suis arrivé à la Gare de St Nazaire à 22 h.53. Une personne m'attendais lorsque je suis arrivé à 23 h.20 et s'est enquit de savoir si je voulais un jus d'orange ou un café. Le lendemain matin trÚs bien accueilli par la gérante ou propriétaire de l'établissement, un petit déjeuner copieux avec en sus un jus d'orange frais. Cette personne a essayé en peu de temps de me faire découvrir les atouts de la ville d'une façon passionnée. Nous reviendrons en déplacement familial sans aucune hésitation.
