Character stone house, very well located, all amenities within walking distance (300 m., Bakeries at 50 m., Intermarché, big market 3 times a week, cinema, railway station, thalassotherapy, all within less than 500 m.) with the WIFI.
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, cooker hood)
Large living / dining room with table and chairs for 6 people, sideboard, sofa bed (possible 2 additional beds), coffee table, Stereo cabinet with flat screen TV, DVD player and DVD.

un séjour sans accroc

séjour en famille dans location propre, bien située au calme et proche de la plage, bien aménagée et bien équipée. Petit panier gourmand à l'arrivée de la part des propriétaires, toujours très apprécié. Propriétaire facilement joignable au besoin.Parking extérieur mais très facile (devant la maison) et gratuit.bref, tout s'est très bien passé sauf la météo, mais ça personne ne peut rien y faire

Vacances à St Malo

St Malo est une ville où il fait bon vivre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié St Malo intra muros et les lieux à visiter alentour Cancale, Dînant, Dinars. Nous avons dîné dans un restaurant sur St Malo intra-muros le personnel était vraiment charmant d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Notre hôte très arrangeante nous a même proposé de rester jusque lundi soir alors que nous devions rendre la location lundi matin. La localisation correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Tout est prévu et très pratique. Le petit jardinet est aussi un plus. Stationnement facile. De plus notre petit chien Ouifi était le bienvenu. Merci encore pour ce séjour si agréable.

Three weeks in a nice house of an interesting city

Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang in der komplett eingerichteten Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt und erholt. Besonders die ruhige, zentrale Lage hat uns erlaubt, zu Fuß, mit dem Rad und mit dem PKW die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu erkunden und jeweils in die schöne Wohnung heimzukehren. Bei der Anreise hatten wir Glück, dass Nachbarn beim Auffinden des Schlüssels halfen, die zufällig den Code von der Schlüsselbox kannten. Sowohl die auf der anderen Seites des Hauses lebenden Eltern als auch die Vermieterin selbst waren an dem Tag verreist.

Ferien in St. Malo

Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt, sowohl was die Lage als auch was die Ausstattung betrifft. Das Stadtviertel ist sehr ruhig, dabei aber nahe der Festung gelegen, so dass wir bequem mit dem Fahrrad alle Vorhaben erledigen konnten. Bäckerei und Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen, wir waren rundum zufrieden, die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Problemen - die es jedoch nicht gab - jederzeit ihre Hilfe zugesagt. Wir werden sicherlich auf diese Unterkunft bei unserem nächsten Trip nach St. Malo zurückgreifen.

Es war alles ok, gut eingerichtete Küche.Aber das Objekt könnte einige Auffrischung vertragen, z.B.Teppichboden oder Toilettenhalter im Bad ( verrostet).Auch könnte beim Fernseher ein int.Sender eingestellt werden.

Notre séjour d'une semaine à Saint Malo

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Nous étions 2 et avons eu la chance d'avoir du beau temps toute la semaine d'où les nombreuses balades... La maison possède tout ce que nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. La location était conforme à l'annonce et calme. Petit jardin clos sympa. Aucun reproche à faire sur quoi que ce soit.
