Ideal place for families of 4 to 6 people. The villa is organized in a U around the swimming pool with a sea view and offers magnificent sunsets.

The house is located 10 minutes from the center of St Leu, close to the secure beach and all amenities. It has 3 bedrooms (each one faces the swimming pool), 2 shower rooms / WC an equipped kitchen and a large living space.

The villa is made up of different outdoor spaces, 3 terraces, one with a barbecue area, one for rest / reading and the last for family meals. With this design, everyone can find their place.

The house is fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi connection are available.

The concept of this accommodation is to promote ecology, harmony and well-being. The tranquility of this place lends itself to it. We also provide you with accessories such as a juice extractor, a remineralizing water filter for a detox and vitamin stay. Nous avons passé 15 jours sur cette splendide ile dans une maison avec belle piscine sur les hauteurs de Saint Leu, avec une super vue sur le lagon.Très bon accueil par la propriétaire. Arrivée et sortie se sont faites sans soucis.

Une location pour de belle vacances en famille

Belle location avec une vue formidable sur le lagon de saint Leu. Une belle maison avec qui offre tous le confort et commodités. Emplacement calme pour des vacances reposantes. Propriétaires disponible pour toutes questions concernant leur location. Piscine chauffée avec l' énergie solaire ( environs 30°C ). Place de stationnement juste à coté de la maison. Nous reviendrons chez vous avec grand plaisir

Points + : possibilité d'arriver avant l'heure si la maison est prête, maison spacieuse, l’extérieur est très agréable et bien agencé, les propriétaires sont réactifs, literies conformes et tout le nécessaire est bien la. Point - : le rideau électrique principal du salon-cuisine s'est cassé le premier jour ( pas de bol) nous avons passé 6 nuits sur 11 sans lumière dans la partie principale. le système écologique pour l'eau chaude n'est pas au point donc 3 douches à l'eau froide dans la chambre parentale, une des chambres n'a pas de wc et ne communique pas avec la maison donc la nuit si une envie pressente survient ..... c'est compliqué, nos enfants et nous ne pouvions pas communiquer la nuit au cas ou ( dont 1 de 5 ans) nous avons donc dormi séparément mon mari et moi tout le séjour, et pour finir, nous avions choisi cette maison car petit plaisir de 3400€ économisé depuis de nombreux mois et venant de la grisaille Parisienne pour avoir une piscine chauffée ( période hivernal à la Réunion), problème, elle n'était pas chauffée et constaté par le propriétaire qui a pris contact avec le réparateur mais disponible après notre départ les 4 adultes n'ont pas mis les pieds dedans . je ne remets aucunement en cause l’honnêteté des proprio mais nous avons attendu ces 11 nuits avec impatience et avons payé un prix conséquent pour nous en tout cas.J'avais demandé une ristourne pour tous ces désagréments (Rideau et piscine) ...... je n'ai évidement eu ni ristourne ni nouvelles.
