a quiet and chic area located 200 m from the beach and 100 m from the forest, near the Saint Jean de Monts cycle paths, 26 km on a secure site on paths reserved only for bicycles.
The shops are located within 50 m of your accommodation.
This very comfortable T2, 32 m2, entirely renovated, tastefully decorated, consists of:
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, induction hob, Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine (coffee, chocolate, tea, etc.), microwave, kettle, toaster
- 1 living room with sofa, kitchen area, 102 cm flat screen TV.
- 1 separate bedroom with 140 cm bed.
