Not overlooked, our house with its large pool exclusively for tenants, is ideally located in a dead end. It feels good with its view of a small acacia wood .The morning you wake up with the birds singing, the pool reaches 29 ° in summer. 2 garden furniture and barbecue allow to enjoy the outside. 2000 m2 of garden sheltered from observation leave total freedom in this rustic and quiet.

Mooi vakantiehuis. Erg proper. Vele gezellige zithoeken in de tuin. Perfect zwembad. De kleinkinderen hebben zich erg geamuseerd met de schommels, de spelletjes, de paardjes. Erg goede barbecue aanwezig en voldoende keukengerei.Enig minpuntje was dat er maar 3 ligbedden aan het zwembad stonden. Ook moesten we op het einde van ons verblijf nog extra schoonmaakkosten betalen, wat niet vermeld stond op de boekingssite. Was jammer.

Un calme absolu

La maison dispose d'un espace extérieur fabuleux. Un calme impressionnant des aménagements parfait et une superbe piscine. La propriétaire charmante nous a très gentiment accueilli à notre arrivée et s'est empressée de partir pour nous laisser nous installer tranquillement. Beaucoup d'activités sont accessibles dans un rayon d'une cinquantaine de km. Nous avons pu faire du canyoning en famille et profiter d'un très joli lac à une vingtaine de minutes de la maison. Le seul (petit) bémol concerne l'intérieur de la maison qui est tout à fait correct mais pas aussi attrayant que l'espace extérieur. Je ne doute pas que la propriétaire aura à cœur d'apporter toutes les améliorations possibles pour le plaisir de ses clients. En tout cas si vous voulez passez du temps au calme et pouvoir oublier tous vos soucis du quotidien n'hésitez pas : foncée à St Hilaire de la Côte dans

"Wie Gott in Frankreich"

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern in einem wunderschönem Haus mit einem großen, sehr gut gepflegtem Garten und einem tollen Swimmingpool. Das Haus war perfekt ausgesteattet und im franz. Landhausstiel. Unsere sehr freundlichen Gastgeber haben die schöne Poolanlage regelmäßig gepflegt und das Wasser kontrolliert.

Der urige Garten mit Pool und den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ist sehr schön. Man ist absolut für sich. Für Unternehmungen muss man allerdings recht weit fahren. Tipp: Pizzeria /Ristorante L'Ambiance in Saint-Hilaire-de-la-Côte, netter Abendspaziergang und sehr lecker.

Wunderschönes Grundstück mit Mega-Pool

Schönster jemals bereister Pool mit extra Sprungtiefe , tolle und gemütliche Aussenanlage mit vielen abwechslungsreichen, schattigen und sonnigen Terassen und Spielmöglichkeiten. Für 8 Personen ist das Haus wohl etwas zu eng, vor allem die Betten sind für größere Personen nicht sonderlich bequem. Das Haus ist ansonsten aber praktisch aufgeteilt, sauber und sehr aufgeräumt. Nicole ist eine aufmerksame und serviceorientierte Gastgeberin. Der in der Nähe liegende Flughafen stört überhaupt nicht und Hundegebell haben wir ebenso kaum vernommen. Montags ist Wochenmarkt mit vielen Leckereien. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Peaceful with beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful and there was plenty of room for the kids to play in the garden. The pool was great, with steps for our toddler. She also really enjoyed the French reading books! Also, the kids enjoyed darts, basketball and boules and the neighbouring horses and chickens. There were lots of outside seating areas. We loved the pedalo on lac d'aiguebelette and Annecy was beautiful. Also lac de paladru is lovely and only 25 min away. Merci beaucoup Nicole and Jean-Marc!

Superbe maison dans un ilot de verdure

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille dans cette maison qui est un véritable havre de paix. Belle décoration, propreté impeccable, jeux et vaisselle à large disposition, nombreux endroits ombragés qui prêtent a la detente totale. La piscine est très grande et belle, un gros plus ! Tres bon acceuil également, avec une touche personnalisée (vin de noix, jus de pomme et eau fraiche a l’arrivée) !

Très bon séjour au calme

La propriété est très agréable et dispose de nombreux jeux pour enfants. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et facilement joignables. La piscine est grande et très propre. Les gros plus sont : les 3 terrasses, l'environnement verdoyant, le très beau jardin, les espaces intérieurs ainsi que les équipements. Pas trop de moustiques mais pas mal de mouches. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück mehrere ganz ruhige Plätzchen, die zum Entspannen einladen.
