What a lovely place - big bedrooms, full kitchen, access to the water, sunset views. Golf cart to get around. Parking spot. We were very happy with this rental.

Great view of the water. The condo was nice, but in need of a deep cleaning could tell it had just been surface cleaned throughout the summer. Only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the whole week. This seemed a little on the cheap side, considering what we were paying for the rental. Newly remodeled, kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Location was great! Just a little fine-tuning with nicer bed linens and providing more paper products.

Very upset! Upstairs bedrooms have mold in the vents. Online they advertised a 2023 golf cart with speakers. We received a 2011 golf cart which broke down during our stay. Two days after leaving i request my 150 deposit back. I was then told we broke a TV in the bedroom. We never used the TV and certainly didn't damage it. They also show pictures of a pool, you can't access without paying over 300 more for amenities cards. Pictures also show beach access during low tide. We never had access to the beach due to water being so high. I do not recommend renting this place. Don't expect to get your deposit back. The picture they sent of the broken TV wasn't even one in the same rental property.

Great time

We had a great experience staying at this property. They were very helpful and responsive when we had any issues. The location is great and i was very impressed with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful stay!

Beautiful views, close to the elevator and the golf cart was amazing! We loved the new bathrooms! Kitchen was well stocked and books were left for some great beach reading! We loved every minute and will be back!

Great Place!!

Fripp Island is a fantastic getaway!! Would certainly recommend. Only problem was the elevator was non-operational for the final two days, but the stairs to the garage worked just fine! An excellent location on the beach, plus the golf cart to use all over the island was exceptional! Will be glad to return and use again in the future!

Great location. Little trouble with the hot water. Took awhile to get hot and got cold after 5 minutes. Made for quick showers. Everything else was great

Great time

We had a great visit to Fripp. Getting to the beach was not as easy as we anticipated. Our condo’s beach access was under water at high tide, but the golf cart allowed us to travel to the beach access points easily. Condo had all needed amenities. Overall, a great stay!

Great property

Was a great property for us, just three of us, so we didn’t need anything too big… Although we had lots of space in this property for the three of us… golf cart was a must, we rode all over the island with it…the owner was very helpful with anything we needed at anytime… would definitely do it again.

Not our type of condo

The property it’s self was beautiful and the location was perfect….. but the condo it’s self was bad I usually stay in very nice condos this condo needs lots help I tried talking to owner and I guess she tried to help but said she has never been to this condo she owns crazy to me ……. Beds were like sleeping on a rock and toaster didn’t work till they bright us one two days later and stove was dirty and the fridge took 24 hours to cool once we put all our food in it so the next day we had to throw away ice cream and some lunch meat it was to melted and warm so we was upset over that, the trash can was broke hole time in the kitchen and the comforters were dirty 😞 then the sofas were so old and just nasty looking, if you have ever felt dirty staying at a place…… well this is one of those places even your balcony could use some nice chairs I would say if the owner would put some money into the condo it would be nice but not worth what they charge a week the way it is now, she will tell you things she wants to do like but my a trash can for kitchen by new sofa take fire place out because there is a sign on it that reads broken don’t work, but I think don’t rent it out your condo out till you can fix it that’s smart thing to do, but then again 3000 a week I guess that sounds better to her. So don’t rent this unit unless you don’t care what your place looks like 😖😖😖
