Mauvaise expérience

Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel. Lorsque je suis arrivé, déja compliqué de trouver l'entrée. Accueil fermé (Je pense à la base l'accueil se fait dans le restaurant qui est actuellement fermé). J'ai donc téléphoné pour avoir une personne. Aucune réponse, je laisse donc un message. Pas de rappel rapide. Je continue à chercher l'entrée qui se trouve au final derrière le restaurant mais toujours sans accueil. Il a fallu que je monte dans les chambres pour trouver un logement privé et frapper à la porte pour voir un monsieur à peine au courant. Il se trouve que sa femme avait laissé les clefs sur une porte de chambre qui était donc la mienne. Surprise en rentrant dans une toute petite chambre, odeur très désagréable. Lit très inconfortable. Support de douche défectueux, trace de moisi à certains endroits de la chambre. L'odeur provenant du lavabo, obligé de fermer le bouchon ainsi que le trop plein. Je vois un mail au soir qui datait de 11h pour demander à quel heure comptais-je arriver. Première nuit se passe, au matin il faisait froid, chauffage froid ! En revenant le soir, je remarque qu'aucun agent de ménage n'est passé. Lit non refait, aspirateur non passé ..... Et ceux ci durant les 5 jours et 4 nuits passé à l’hôtel, personne n'est passé. Je n'ai vu/croisé aucun personne. Je pense même que j'étais le seul... Très mauvaise expérience, très mal dormi. Je fais régulièrement des déplacements et même dans les hôtel bas de gamme, c'est beaucoup plus sérieux. Décevant

hotel ayant besoin de travaux de rénovation au niveau des parties communes. la chambre est confortable et propre. gros problème avec les aboiements continus apeurés d'un chien,coincé sur le balcon de l'étage.message laissé à la propriétaire, elle ne m'a pas rappelée et le chien a continué durant un temps assez long.pauvre béte

déçue je ne le recommenderai pas

j'ai du téléphoner plusieurs fois pour connaitre le numéro de ma chambre odeur très désagréable de remontées d'égout dans la chambre chambre très petite et surtout quand j'ai demandé des serviettes propres le deuxième jour on m'a répondu que ce n'était pas un deux étoiles la dame ne fait le ménage et change les serviettes que tous les deux jours!!! j'ai quand même eu des serviettes propres mais à contre cœur... Même dans les hôtels "bas de gamme" style hôtel formule 1 ils changent les serviettes tous les jours!!!

Hôtel vieillissant et inconfortable.

L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé, la literie est vieillissante et inconfortable. La salle de bain est en mauvaise état et le ménage n'a pas été assuré chaque jour. Les produits de toilette proposés se résument à 3 sachets de gel douche (pour 2 personnes et 3 nuits), accompagnés de deux serviettes de douche (pas d'essuie mains). Le personnel était quasiment invisible, le restaurant désert... Je déconseille.
