Rated 5 stars by the tourist office and 4 épis by Gîtes de France. The 300 m2 house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own toilet and bathroom. The house is quiet and bright. The kitchen and scullery are equipped with quality appliances and can seat 15 people. The dining room with views over nature and the garden. Two terraces, one of which is equipped with a BBQ and plancha so you can enjoy the outdoors to the full. Private outdoor parking is available. A PMR parking space is located very close to the PMR garden level room for complete autonomy. The house is ideally located in the heart of the hamlet of Les Gaties, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park. The house will be completely renovated in 2022 in compliance with ERP and PMR hotel standards. The commercial operation of this house has been validated by a Veritas inspection body as well as by the authorities. Accommodation for our guests is provided in a farmhouse (approx. 200m2) adjoining a large barn (approx. 85m2).
Completely renovated between 2018 and 2022, this refurbishment was carried out with particular attention to the choice of sustainable materials and the least polluting.
Two terraces (approx. 70m2 to the east and approx. 30m2 to the west) with outdoor furniture are available.
Pets are not allowed.
The kitchen and utility room The heart of the house is the bright, fully-equipped kitchen (approx. 30m2). A pleasant scullery of around 12m2 is available for your cooking needs.
The dining room Communicating directly with the open-plan kitchen, the 25m2 dining room is surrounded by bay windows. immerses you in the surrounding nature.
Bedrooms sleeping 12-13 The five bedrooms are bright and airy, each with its own bathroom and separate toilet. Particular attention has been paid to hygiene, with bathroom linen and bedding treated by a professional (Ellis). All five bedrooms have 180 x 200 cm beds and contemporary furniture with wardrobes and storage space. 2 rooms at garden level (including 1 for disabled guests) each have a separate entrance. These adjoining rooms can be interconnected if required. There are 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor (1 of which is a family room).
Parking
On the property, you will have access to an unsupervised car park with a capacity of around 15 cars and 1 disabled parking space less than 25 metres from the PMR room, for complete convenience and independence.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 8 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.
