Located 8km from Montpellier, on the heights of the village of Saint-Gely-du-Fesc, you will enjoy absolute calm in a residential area ideally located between sea, city and scrubland.
This 25 m2 studio is adjoining and independent to a contemporary villa situated on a 1100m2 garden with trees. It is 35 minutes from the sea, 25 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from Pic Saint Loup.

You can go to the sea, stroll through the Hérault hinterland through the vineyards or olive groves, go on beautiful hikes in the garrigue. In short, an ideal location to enjoy nature and the Mediterranean sea or simply to rest.

The studio can accommodate 2 people very comfortably (possibility of cot on request)

It is hyper functional and bathed in light. It is on the ground floor with its private outdoor space, facing south, has double glazing and high ceilings. The accommodation is new and fully furnished in a modern way for your comfort!

The living room has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave / steamer and fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, etc.). There is a new convertible sofa bed, large wardrobes with wardrobe, table and chairs, desk, flat screen TV.
The shower room has a sink with mirror, a storage unit, shower cubicle.
Separate WC.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

You can park in the private driveway of the villa.

Golf, tennis and equestrian center at 1 km, Coulondres park at 1 km (18ha with fallow deer and mouflons in freedom), Montpellier (15mn), sea (35mn: carnon, palavas, small cross ..), river at 25 min (swimming and canoeing in the Hérault gorges, climbing, via ferrata), karting at 10 km. Numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area (scrubland, ascent of Pic Saint Loup), nautical base at Lake Salagou (30 km), the Clamouse caves and Demoiselles caves at 25 km ...
In the Pic Saint Loup region, wine lovers can visit the cellars. You can also enjoy the many festivals and celebrations that are scheduled in the region.
