Cozy cottage with stunning views near Saint-Étienne

90 m² gîte. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds. An office area with an additional 90 cm bed, a shower room, and a toilet. On the second floor, there is a kitchen opening onto the living room with a pellet stove. Access is via a 500 m paved path. Towel rental is available. Return from a walk or mountain bike ride directly from the GR 42 and settle down on the sofa to admire the valley and the breathtaking view of the village of Planfoy. Or, enjoy the terrace for a refreshing drink in the peace and quiet at the edge of the forest. Perhaps you'll spot a deer...
You can also enjoy all the amenities of Saint-Etienne, 10 minutes away (in the Métare district).
The Bessat resort (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) is 7 km away.

Comfortable house but it would be a good idea to include in the description that it’s up a very steep track with sharp bends and the garden is on different levels, some steep. Maybe not suitable for someone with mobility difficulties
