Located in the center of Martinique not far from tourist center such as Clément habitation
Housing located at the gates of the village of Saint Esprit not far from all amenities you are close to the first beaches such as Vauclin les 3 Ăźlets.
For fans of kite surfing or windsurf you will be not far from the nautical base of vauclin well known for these trade winds.

Une semaine de télétravail dans un cadre trÚs agréable

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able. AccĂšs rapide depuis l’aĂ©roport. Le logement est trĂšs confortable et la piscine est un vrai plus ! TrĂšs bonne connexion internet ce qui est vraiment un plus quand on est en tĂ©lĂ©travail comme c’était mon cas durant ce sĂ©jour. Juste un petit dĂ©tail peut ĂȘtre prĂ©voir de quoi faire un petit dĂ©jeuner pour le 1er jour quand on arrive tard et qu’on n’a pas le temps d’aller faire des courses Ă  l’arrivĂ©e (ce qui n’a pas Ă©tĂ© mon cas mais pourrait l’ĂȘtre pour d’autres). ClĂ©ment est aussi un hĂŽte trĂšs agrĂ©able et disponible si besoin.

Logement pas fini. Odeurs dégoût sur la terrasse et salle de bain. Lavabo bouché. Robinet pas fixé. Chambre matelas déchirer et sans housse de protection oreilles avec des grandes oreolles. Cuisine trÚs moyenne manque d'équipements 1 saladier pour 4. Clic clac pourri obligé de traverser la chambre pour aller à la salle de bain et WC. Canapé et fauteuils sur la terrasse odieux de grasse. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli et on ne l'a pas revu alors qu'il habite au dessus.

Serénité et Optimisation

Ce sĂ©jour restera inoubliable surtout en pĂ©riode de covid19, tout a Ă©tĂ© absolument parfait ! Pour ceux qui connaissent la Martinique, notez bien les points positifs. proximitĂ© des grands axes routier pour rejoindre le sud et la presqu'ile de la caravelle au nord est. Internet toutes comoditĂ©s, lave linge, sĂ©choir patio vĂ©randa sans voisin avec vue Ă©poustouflante chaque matin. La piscine possĂšde trois marches pour bien faire attention avec les enfants ( 1 et 3 ans ne sachant pas nager ). Le lit, la moustiquaire et la clim' nous ont permis de faire de belles nuits rĂ©paratrices ! TV, cuisine, salle de bain, douche italienne tout Ă©tait absolument parfait, place de parking, espace, accĂšs, tout tout tout ! Pour avoir vĂ©cu chez l'habitant, je peux vous dire que l'on dĂ©passe les attentes de n'importe quel mĂ©tropolitain exigeant ! un rĂȘve Ă©veillĂ©, :) de retour en France, en pleine forme pour attaquer n'importe quel confinement !

Un séjour au top à Saint Esprit

Super accueil de ClĂ©ment, n'hĂ©sitez pas. Sa maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour pouvoir rayonner sur tout le sud ainsi que le nord de la Martinique. Le canapĂ© clic clac Ă©tait bien pour un adulte, en revanche il pourrait ĂȘtre juste pour un couple. La grande terrasse et la piscine permettent d'avoir des journĂ©es tranquille Ă  la maison si on le souhaite. Un sĂ©jour au top !

Idéal pour une famille avec enfants. La piscine est trÚs appréciable aprÚs une journée bien remplie. Accueil trÚs chaleureux de Clément et du voisinage. Je recommande ce logement.
