A calm charming place, close to everything.

Calm charming apartment for 3 to 4 people. It was reformed in May 2015. It is equipped and located in a charming villa of Spanish style. This isolated F2 apartment (2 rooms apart from kitchen and bathroom) offers one bedroom, one open kitchen, one bathroom/toilet, a secure swimming pool that is shared with the owner, and a private terrace. There is a separate entrance. Single storey apartment, ideal for the elderly since the access is easy. Pets are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited; we only smoke outdoors. 2 couples or one child at a time at least 3 years old. The linen is given to you. The region is very touristic and beautiful all year round. In winter, the climate is usually mild with moderate wind. If you want to rent it in July and August, it is available only for full weeks, especially for next year (from Sunday evening to Sunday morning (or another moment for this year) or 7 days from Sunday to Saturday including the evening).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Lovely place and town

Perfect, absolutely perfect 😍

We just spent a lovely week staying with Laurence and Christian. The property is private hidden behind large hedges, quiet, very pretty and just what our small family of 3 needed. Everything was exactly as you would want it. You can use the lovely pool or walk to the beach. Shopping is close and virtually tourist free - we heard hardly any English spoken all week. It was really ideal. Skip the tourist traps and find real relaxation. We would have happily stayed a month. Thank you so much for the ideal getaway.

Lovely stay in St. Cyr sur Mer

We enjoyed our visit here so much. The apartment was well stocked, comfortably furnished and roomy enough for the two of us. It was impeccably clean, had a wonderful shower and comfortable bed. The patios and the pool were perfect -- the pool was wonderful when we returned from our coastal hikes. The host and hostess were so welcoming and helpful -- they recommended excellent restaurants and helped us navigate the questions of Covid-19 passes and regulations. You can walk easily to the beaches and to the center of the town where there are many restaurants and shoppes. We ate at O Relly's in the town and with our host's recommendation, at Roche Belle in nearby La Ciotat. This is a local favorite and reservations are needed a day or so in advance.We highly recommend this rental to other visitors.

It was a very good location. The apartment was very pleasant. The kitchen equipment was a bit limited, but sufficient. The pool was cleaned especially for us. Wonderful weather and a great setting. Highly recommended. The landlady was very discreet and unobtrusive.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Laurence !La maison est très bien équipée, elle est parfaitement propre et l'intimité est totalement préservée.Laurence est d'excellents conseils, disponible et d'une gentillesse en adéquation avec la sérénité des lieux.La mer est à quelques minutes à pied et que ce soit St Cyr ou les environs sous 15kms, tout est vraiment magnifique !Nous conservons l'adresse précieusement pour revenir...très vite !

Un coin de paradis

Un logement comme on en voit rarement en location dans une tranche tarifaire plus que raisonnable. Une propreté impeccable, aménagé et décoré avec bcp de goût, équipé comme à la maison !!!! Kleine mit allem ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen auf einem privaten Grundstück mit eigenem Eingang. Alles drin und dran mit ausführlicher Erklärung von Claire. Leider gibt's wie überall in Südfrankreich viele Mücken aber keine Moskitonetze am Haus.

Ruhig gelegen und mit schönem Pool

Schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt - und nur 10 Minuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang zum Haus und zum Garten. In der Küche findet man alles, um wirklich mal zu kochen 🙂. Unproblematisches Parken direkt vor dem Haus.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Ein traumhaft schönes Anwesen mit niveauvollen und hilfsbereiten, freundlichen Gastgebern. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Einbindung der Fereinwohnung in ein gewachsenes Wohngebiet. Traumhaft schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen am Pool. Der Innenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden (Föhn, Schminkspiegel, Küchenutensilien, Hand- und Geschirrtücher, Wäscheständer usw.). Wir sind etwa 12 Minuten gelaufen, um zum Strand zu kommen. Für uns ein Ort, um unbedingt wiederzukommen.

Charming place

I stayed with my daughter at that charming place for one week. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area very much. The perfect place for us to relax and rest. The appartment made us feel comfortable and Laurence and Christian Chauzit were very welcoming and pleasant hosts. Clair was also very friendly and of much help. Thank you. It is a nice walk to the beach and you can even walk to the supermarket. If you have a car or bicycle everything is very close. There are nice restaurants alongside the beach to one side. We would like to come back again!
