You also have a large swimming pool and a park of 10 hectares. Our estate is ideally located between the Dordogne valley and the Vezere valley. Shops and many tourists sites nearby.

We were so surprised when we arrived to find the whole property was to be ours. The house is amazing. So spacious and well equipped and spotlessly clean. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty storage. Everything had been thought of.The outside area is stunning with a lovely shaded eating area with a large table and of course the pool!!!! We have stayed in many houses in France but this was the largest pool we have had and entirely to ourselves. We spent a lot if time in the pool as we were unfortunate to be there during a 35-45 degree heatwave. Lovely to swim at night under the lovely lighting around and in the pool.The only downside was the lack of aircon but the owners Carl and Cornelia brought us fans for every room which certainly helped. They will be installing aircon before next Summer.Carl and Cornelia were perfect hosts and on hand (but not at all intrusive) should we encounter any problems or need anything. They were so welcoming on arrival and we immediately knew we would get on well.We loved everything about this property and will definitely return. Can’t recommend it enough especially if you are looking for a peaceful retreat in nature but not to far from the lovely villages of Perigord Noir.
