Explore the Mayenne valleys and discover the La Petite Vallée gîte in a bucolic setting. Everything here is designed for relaxation and sensory pleasure!

This 113m² gîte, with its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/shower rooms, and 2 separate toilets, has been fully renovated, faces south, and offers complete privacy.

Ground floor: open-plan fitted kitchen/living room (52m²) with fireplace (wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV - 1 bedroom (1 double bed) - shower room (walk-in shower, washing machine, dryer) - separate toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen bed) - 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) - 1 bathroom - separate toilet.

Baby equipment available upon request.

Children can enjoy the swing set in the garden and the games available in the gîte.

Wi-Fi, excellent network, ideal for teleworking with fiber optic internet and television. Parking, south-facing terrace, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, landscaped grounds with trees.
Access to the Mayenne River with fishing available (permit required). Hiking trails (GR22 C) and farm animals, goats, and a pony nearby.

The most fabulous gite location and owners Didier & Nicole , just superb in every way we will be going back regularly .Beautiful old cottage in superb condition inside and out , every possible thing you need for a stay it has . And that location .. on its own on top of a hill overlooking a wooded valley sound but the wind in the trees and birdsong ( and combines as it was harvest time ). Perfect .The owners are so friendly & helpful and rightly proud of the superb gite they own - I would be too! And a shared passion for old cars - thanks Didier A almost new Super U is 10 mins drive away through country lanes which is really convenient. All in all a beautiful place to stay and area ,we love it .

Holiday Cottage, St.Calais du Desert, France. This is a first class, excellently restored property.

Superb! From the warm welcome from Nicole on arrival we all had the most wonderful time. The property is spacious, very well equipped, comfortable & clean. Beds & bedding in good condition. The garden is beautiful & has plenty of seating plus table & chairs for outside dining. The position is rural but not isolated. The best we've stayed in! Highly recommend!

Wonderful cottage in a tranquil and picturesque location surrounded by open countryside and magnificent views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage and had a great time touring around Pays de la Loire and Normandie. The owners of the cottage should rightly be very proud of the accommodation provided and we hope to be able to return again in the not too distant future. Simply excellent!
