Great view and amazing location. However, the food is really average and pricy for what it is . The pool really needs an uplift and to have access to the spa pools (which are nicer), they asked you to pay a daily spa fee 40$+. The rooms do not have A/C. The bellboy(sir) and the gentleman for the water activities are amazing but the rest of the staff needs some training on customer service.

Pour couple et amis pas pour les familles.

Ce n’est PAS optimal pour les familles. Les photos des magnifiques piscines extĂ©rieurs sont en fait 14ans et+ (le spa) donc pas de piscine extĂ©rieur familiale. Chose Ă  savoir avant. Pour aller Ă  la plage, des tonnes d’escaliers en piĂštre Ă©tat et non Ă©clairĂ©es le soir. + la plage est super, propre, claire, chaude et de supers embarcations :) *avant de descendre assure toi d’avoir tout ton stock,Apporte un anti mouches noirs c’est super intense. Pour manger y’a juste le resto assez cher et peu accueillant c’est pas mal la seule maniĂšre de manger Ă  un endroit cute! On s’est trouvĂ© un mini endroit mais c’était rempli de clous rouillĂ©s au sol on a des photos, c’était ridicules et dangeureux. On s’est fait rĂ©veiller Ă  7h par des gars de construction, on a filmĂ© tellement le bruit Ă©tait intense. La piscine intĂ©rieur est belle mais ferme Ă  20h et les vitres comme sur les photos sont tellement abimĂ©s qu’on voit pas vrmt la superbe vue. Y’a pas rĂ©ellement d’arcade, une table de pool et 2 vieilles machines. Ne rĂ©serve pas si tu n’est pas certain d’avoir un balcon sinon trĂšs ordinaire. Je le conseil aux couple pour le spa incroyable ! Les vtt et trottinettes Ă©taient brisĂ©s J’aurais aimĂ© aprĂšs tout ça au moin un service Ă  l’écoute et qui cherche une solution pour nous, le gĂ©rant me traitait presque de menteuse ayant eu un trouble avec ma rĂ©servation, on voyage toujours Ă  5 et lĂ  c’était Ă©crit seul, il n’est jamais venu nous voir ou juste s’excuser pour le cumulatif.

Gorgeous hotel. Would stay again, but I’d happily pay more for a room with view, it’s so beautiful. Lots of bugs in spring, bring appropriate clothes and spray if you want to go hiking especially. Food is good but expensive. Good coffee. Free kayak, sup, etc to go on the stunning lake. Nice trails, microbrasserie nearby. Shops (supermarket) 10 min drive Not all rooms have airco. They let us switch rooms during heatwave, which was extremely nice and appreciated! Merci!! Loved being here!

The surrounding of this property are stunning, they have a lake view and plenty of trails, lots of wildlife etc. Our room was a good size, but it was very dusty and not updated. Food was fine, but expensive and the cafeteria like restaurant was very loud, especially with kids and large groups eating.

TrĂšs dĂ©cevant! Une arrivĂ©e Ă  16:00 hres comme convenu, chambre non conforme Ă  ce qu’on voulait et pas prĂȘte Ă  notre arrivĂ©e! Chambre minimaliste et sans charme. Service, confort, propretĂ© qui laisse fortement Ă  dĂ©sirer! En plus du bruit en pleine nuit! Tout simplement pas accueillant!!! Pour notre anniversaire en plus, rarement Ă©tĂ© déçue comme ça!

En entrant dans l'hĂŽtel, en pleine Ă©tĂ©, 25 degrĂ©s celcius, au milieu du lobby il y avais un feu allumĂ© et de la fumĂ©e qui nous Ă©touffe??? Chambres sales en tapis tĂąchĂ© malpropres (mĂȘme du tapis dans la salle de bain). Restaurant extrĂȘmement trop cher pour la qualitĂ© plus que ordinaire. DerniĂšre fois, ne vaut pas le dĂ©placement. Toiture de l'hotel tombe en ruine, gouttiĂšres pendantes, moisissures au plafond des toilettes du lobby.
