We got checked in to our hotel room. After a few dsys there was a water leak in the bathroom. It seemed to be voming from the fire sprinkler system. They moved us into another room. But it was kind of a pain having to pack everything up and move to another room.

It’s a great modern hotel with spacious room size … clean and comfy for a reasonable price and great customer service … especially Gary who worked in reception area with taking care of luggage…. Very polite and helpful…. For this area is close to MTR even Cheung Kwan O is the far east but very convenient and also link to few shopping malls .. I will back in this hotel for the future trip highly recommend 👍

The air quality was not satisfactory. The room had a stuffy smell. Management did not take care of details. I saw rusty caulking in the bathroom and shower stall. I felt that the carpet and curtains were dusty. I witnessed that a restaurant staff dropped a spoon or a fork on the floor (during breakfast hours) while stocking up and he just picked up the spoon from the floor and put it on the tray ready to be used by customers. The variety of food served has not changed from the past three years ( I have stayed in this hotel once a year for the past three years). Management of the restaurant seems to be slacking.
