Romeu. Impresionante chalet en un tranquilo paraje natural cerca de la playa

Chalet de 500m2 situado en una parcela de 8.300m2 inmerso en un paraje muy tranquilo y con mucha vegetación a solo 5 minutos de la ciudad de Sagunto y a 10km de la playa.

Consta de la villa principal de 5 habitaciones dobles una de ella con un gran cuarto de baño, dos cuartos de baño, gran cocina con isla de preparación y mesa-comedor. Un enorme salón-comedor de 70m2 con vistas al bosque y una gran terraza. Junto a la cocina y salón dispone de una terraza con una gran barbacoa.

Junto a la villa principal esta la casa de invitados que tiene 3 habitaciones dobles y un loft con dos camas dobles. También dispone de cocina, salón comedor y baño completo.

Piscina privada de 75m2 con valla perimetral de seguridad y terraza cubierta. Junto a la piscina hay una pista de frontón.

Beautiful Villa, the communication was great, my only point of feedback is that it is a bit difficult to get taxis from the villa to explore the city. Would be nice to have some help with calling a taxi station.

Villa near Sagunto

Great place for a large group to stay Plenty of accommodation and very comfortable We had a couple of issues which were sorted out very quickly and efficiently. The whole place is well suited to a large group. The pool was excellent My only complaint was that some things were a little tired and maybe didn’t function as well as they should but this did not detract to what was a very enjoyable stay. The small nearby village of Petres has an excellent restaurant near the church Thank you for the stay

We had a wonderful stay at this country property 15 minutes from Sagunt. It was ideal for our family group of ten people aged from 18 months up. The main house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably and we also had access to the guest house.The grounds were equally impressive - lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around and play. As a rural property, there were some quirks but it offered a peaceful, beautiful, wooded setting that was perfect for a relaxing getaway with lots of lovely walks.There were a few issues during our stay, but the host was responsive and managed everything quickly and professionally. For anything that couldn't be resolved immediately, the ease of communication made all the difference.We were there in December and were pleased to find heating in every room as well as a central fireplace in the living room. You need to bring in wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the fabulous barbecue just outside the kitchen.Mercadona delivers to the address.

Exceeds expectation

We had a wonderful 10 day break, enjoying the fabulous swimming pool, and amazing outdoor areas - the basket ball court, and football area was brilliant for the children and adults. The photos do not do the whole complex justice. The house(s) and grounds were much bigger than in the pictures. There are quite a few steps arpund the villa, ppol etc, but there are also gates to close off areas for child safety. We all had a great holoday and would highly recommend

Fantastic weekend at this beautiful chalet

The photos of this property do not do it justice! The outside area is stunning; the pool area (incredible) and long dining table are where our big group of friends spent the majority of our time and we had a brilliant time, the surroundings are also very picturesque. We were a group of 19 and had plenty of space, though be aware that not all of the rooms have air con. The biggest room is particularly grand! The host, Alejandro is super responsive and contacted me on Whatsapp a few days so I was able to message him with any questions and he was v kindly flexible with check in/out times as this worked with the cleaning schedule. Would be useful to include a Google link to the bin store in the manual and I recommend doing trips there throughout your stay especially if you come without a car as it feels quite far away if you're walking in the heat. Overall, highly recommend this as a place to stay and would HAPPILY return!

Absolutely beautiful

The villa and guest house were immaculate when we arrived and it definitely had the wow factor for us. The garden, plants and poll were excellent and there was way more space than we imagined. The villa is hard to find and as we don’t drive this did make life tricky as there’s no shops within walking distance and taxis were a nightmare so I’d recommend having your own transport. The properties were beautiful inside as well as out and they have all your essential utensils and crockery as well as laundry facilities. Our only problem was one of the ceiling fans in the guest villa and a portable fan in there didn’t work and the outdoor lights that are meant to come on automatically didn’t and we couldn’t get them working. We had an amazing time and the host was polite and we had great communication. We would definitely recommend and hopefully we will book again soon.

Simply wonderful

What a truly wonderful stay!! The property was exactly as described and couldn't have offered us any more. The property was very well equipped and the pool was used every day by the children and adults alike. The veranda / seating area was used every night and offered us ample space outside to relax. Inside, the property was incredibly spacious. Our group was 17 in total but there was no feeling of being on top of each other. The communication prior to our arrival from Alejandro was second to none. He even managed to find a plumber at short notice when we thought one of the air conditioning units wasn't working. Turns out they had not realised the air conditioning unit had been switched which stopped it working properly. We had perfect weather and the fridge by the pool was also well used!!! The property is within 20 mins of Sagunto and the local beaches, as well as 15 to the local supermarkets, meaning we were always well stocked for food and drink as well!! I don't think we could have found a better holiday rental!

Una casa maravillosa

Un lugar enorme, con muchos espacios para estar todos cómodos. Hay dos casas con lo que los adolescentes y niños estuvieron en una de ellas y los adultos en la otra, con lo que estuvimos todos muy a gusto. La piscina espectacular!

La mejor casa a la que hemos ido

Somos un grupo de amigos que solemos organizar viajes por estas fechas todos los años. Nunca habíamos escogido una casa mejor. Según entras, te asombra ver lo bonito y lo grande que es todo el lugar. Ademas, si había alguna duda o algún problema, Alejandro siempre ha estado pendiente de responder y solucionarlos. En definitiva, un sitio precioso para poder relajarse y escapar un poco de la rutina, con una muy buena atención al cliente. Repetimos seguro.

Una estancia sobresaliente!! Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la propiedad disfrutamos en familia de unos días espectaculares. Lo único mejorable algunos arreglos en el frontón, zonas exteriores... el WiFi y los mosquitos han sido un incordio pero se entiende que es lo que hay. Recomiendo totalmente el alojamiento

Todo correcto

Hemos estado un grupo de 17 entre adultos y niños, la estancia correcta. La casa es enorme, y el exterior una pasada. Sobre todo la zona de la piscina que ha dado mucho juego y diversión. Para mejorar, diría que el menaje de la cocina justo y algo viejo, las ollas y sartenes no valen todas ya que tienen que ser para inducción. También, nos ha tocado la época de mosquitos.... Por lo demás, todo bien y una estancia muy tranquila.

Genial . No engaña

La casa es perfecta para un grupo de amigos o familia....la piscina, los espacios verdes, el porche para las cenas y comidas, ....todo muy bien. Nosotros hemos tenido mala suerte porque había muchos mosquitos este año, pero es la naturaleza, contra eso no hay nada escrito.... La recomendamos

Alquilé la casa para poder celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre. Vino toda la familia de alemania y la verdad es que tuvimos bastante suerte con el tiempo. Una fiesta inolvidable entre amigos y familia en un sitio de lujo. Es una casa muy acojedora, con su toque "vintage" y muy pero muy limpia. Aqui dejo otra vez un gran "Muchisimas gracias" I've rented the house for the birthday party from my mother. The whole family from Germany came over to celebrate and spend some holidays in Spain. The house is very clean and has that nice and very neet "vintage" touch. I would like to say here again "Muchisimas gracias"

Una Navidad ideal

Hemos pasado una semana de Navidad estupenda, siendo posible reunirnos 3 generaciones en un entorno precioso, con mucho espacio y muy tranquilo. Las casas son muy amplias, y acogedoras, reunen todas las necesidades que se puedan tener, y con la amplitud del exterior, los niños no han tenido tiempo de aburrirse, han disfrutado de lo lindo. Ha sido una Navidad preciosa, que no olvidaremos. Esperamos poder ir en verano y disfrutar de la piscina.

Una casa muy grande, muy tranquila y perfecta para familias grandes

Hemos pasado una semana ideal en esa casa. Es muy amplia, muy agradable. Los jardines son inmensos y absolutamente perfectos para que niños y mayores de todas las edades disfruten, cada uno a su ritmo. El espacio exterior desde luego tiene un encanto muy especial. La casa es difícil de encontrar (no está en google maps), pero es como si fuera un pequeño paraíso escondido y apartado del resto del mundo. Alejandro ha estado siempre disponible para ayudarnos a encontrar comercios, visitas, etc.

Fantastic house with beautiful garden

Dit huis ligt op een groot omheind terrein midden tussen de bomen. Heerlijk om in deze prachtige tuin te zwemmen, squashen of wandelen; er staan cactussen en citrusbomen in. Bij het oprijden van het terrein was het een en al wow…! Het elektrisch bedienbare hek geeft een extra gevoel van luxe. Er staan vijf mountainbikes in de tuin gestald. Het huis zelf is ook prachtig; vooral de woonkamer met een enorme open haard in het midden straalt gezelligheid uit. Mooi afgewerkte houten kastwanden van vloer tot plafond, fauteuil en banken waarin je lekker diep wegzakt, een enorme telvisie en een DVD-speler. De keuken is groot, heeft een inductiekookplaat met zes pitten, een oven, een combi magnetron en een dubbele koel- en vrieskast. Slaapgelegenheid voldoende voor 10 personen, in het bijgebouw nog eens voor zes personen. Goede bedden; de grootste slaapkamer met eigen toilet en badkamer ligt prachtig tussen de boomtoppen. Vriendelijke eigenaar en goede service. Als er iets is hoef je maar te bellen en ze komen er aan. Het huis en de tuin kunnen hier en daar wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. This impressive estate house sits on a large wall-enclosed grounds amidst pine trees. The pool is lovely to swim in, centered in a beautiful garden with a squash court. There are cacti and lemon trees scattered along many paved garden paths. When entering the grounds... just wow! The electric fence gives an extra sense of luxury. There are five mountain bikes parked in the yard. The house itself is beautiful too; especially the living room with a huge fireplace in the middle radiates charm. Nicely finished wooden cabinet walls span from floor to ceiling. The spacious room has armchairs and couches -which you know nice deep sink-, a huge telvision set and a DVD player. The kitchen is large as well, has an induction stove with six burners, an oven, a microwave and double fridge and freezer. Sleeps enough for 10 people, in the outhouse again for six. Good beds; the main bedroom with its own toilet and bathroom is beautifully situated between the tree-tops. Friendly owner and good service. If there is anything you need, just call and they are coming. The house and garden could use some maintenance here and there, though.

The photos don't do it justice. This is a spectacularly beautiful property.

Both the house and the landscaped Mediterranean gardens are strikingly beautiful. You really don't need to go to the beach to enjoy your holiday here. We were a group of ten including children from age 7 to 16. Although the pool was not operational, since it was still March, there was plenty of scope for everyone to find an activity. The tennis court / wall was very popular with all ages. The grandparents got the master bedroom suite, which is quite outstanding - huge with a beautiful view into the pine forest from both the bedroom / sitting area and the bathroom. Alex and his brother Mario gave us a warm welcome and took pains to deal with any requests. If we don't rate it 5-star it is because there is a need for some maintenance in and outside the house. Also you will need to remember to bring drinking water because the supply is not from the mains.

A spectacular property

The house and grounds are beautiful and extensive and we received a warm welcome from the owner and attention to any requests. Our family especially enjoyed using the tennis court wall. There are nice beaches within a short drive. The only reason we didn't give a five star rating was that there was some maintenance needed before the summer season gets going.

¡Estancia fabulosa, lo pasamos en grande!

La casa espectacular, fuimos 5 parejas en nochevieja y estuvimos muy a gusto, la casa es muy acogedora y amplia, el dueño muy atento. Recomendaría esta casa y repetiría sin pensarlo.
