Walk to the beach path across the street and enjoy a private beach on the bay. Plenty of outdoor space, outdoor shower, lots of parking, AC, 2 laundry spaces, wifi, multiple tvs, two grills, beach chairs/towels/coolers.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all trash out Friday night for Saturday morning pick up, any more trash after that like food and clean out of fridges, take trash with you if possible, as new tenant moves in Saturday afternoon.
Strip all beds that were slept in, put used sheets and towels in front of washer/dryers.
Make sure outdoor umbrella is not open, doors locked, windows closed, grill grates clean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family vacation

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The host was very helpful and the property was perfect for our large group. Everything was great and the house was stocked with anything you might need. Great location as well!
