Ideal Location!! House is flawless and perfect! This 3 acre property has 4 bedroom and 3 bath full bathrooms. Located in the best part of the Hamptons. Comes with 4 bedroom cottage, with two bathrooms. Come stay at a beautiful Sag Harbor Home, where the beach and ocean are 10 minutes away. House is in perfect condition, and kept well. The house is set in a park-like property, very quiet and private, with no neighbors in sight, sits next to a reserve. 20 x 40 Pool, and pool area is beautiful. The Home is decorated with great furnishings. Very comfortable and easy living, very clean. All hardwood floors throughout. Large closets, balcony, and AC. All bedrooms have new bedding and towels. Living room has 20' ceiling - very open. Home has bright natural light. Kitchen has granite counter-top with all Viking stainless-steel appliances. Dining area for dinner. Three decks with dinner set and out-door gas grill, all new. 4 Bikes. Wifi ready and cable TV. Cottage on property has outdoor dinner set and gas grill too.

Visit Bridgehampton village and shops great restaurants only ten min away. Plenty to do, Restaurants, Movies, Shops, polo, beach, tennis, golf, Park, Museum, etc...

Justin was a great host and made check in and check out extremely easy. Unfortunately, we were very displeased with the condition of the property. When we arrived it was not clean. It seemed like people just left. There were old loofas/shampoo left in the shower like other renters had just left. All towels were washed, but left in the basement(none in linen closets in bathroom). All the shower doors leaked into the bathroom and would soak two full floor towels during each shower. The landscaping looked like it hasn’t been taken care of all summer. The pool heater was broken, tiles were falling off the walls, and the wasps were relentless flying into peoples face which made it impossible to hang by the pool. The deck had water logged boards that were so loose someone could have fell through. To put it nicely, this place is not worth the money and totally fell short of any expectations. Needs major maintenance and would be worth it if the property was better taken care of.

Fun Trip

The property was as it looks from the images (including the swan float too - our favorite part)! Perfect space for us to enjoy the outdoors and pool during the summer. The grill worked great and the kitchen/fridge were great sizes to hold all the food we brought with us. The bedrooms were large and cozy as well. We had a great time at this location although we left early due to the impending hurricane Henri which was said to make landfall directly where we were staying. We loved this property and our host made check in very easy. We would definitely recommend and come back again!

GREAT HOUSE! This house met all our needs! Owner was quick to respond with all our questions before booking and made check-in seamless. Perfect location. Plenty of space to park. We were a large family group and got plenty of space! Both the main house and the cottage were very clean and fresh smelling and bright with light. Loved to have a separate cottage for different age groups in our party. Internet and cable working fine! Great open floor plan for our group to cook in well appointed kitchen and eat and chat. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. Fabulous deck space and yard. Pool looked beautiful (though not open in March). We had a TERRIFIC stay! Highly recommended and will DEFINITELY be back this summer!

Not Clean, needs updating

The location of the house was great. Nearby a few towns in the Hamptons. The main house was decent. Nice open living area. Definitely not what I'd consider "luxury". Lots of food left in the refrigerator from the previous stay; name tags taped onto the bedroom doors from the previous stay, no knobs on the oven to control or use that; cable box only got the first 12 channels; big water stain/patch in the kitchen ceiling. The cottage was filthy, two bedrooms were in the basement which was dank, spiders everywhere; sheets had mold on them; bathroom had one working lightbulb out of 4. The list goes on. I have several pictures to back up my claims. The house could be great, but it needs a renovation and should be thoroughly cleaned between uses. We won't stay there again.
