The staff support was lacking. I stood at the front desk for check-in for 5 minutes. No one was at the front desk, but I could hear staff chatting in the back office. The paint was peeling in the bathroom of my room unit. The dishwasher was actively running when I entered my room. I definitely will not stay here again.

Positive: Great location. Staff was wonderful. Shout out to the lady that was handling breakfast, she never stopped stocking, cleaning and taking care of everyone's needs. Always with a smile. She deserves a raise. Thank you. Negative (no big deal to us): Room 129 Air conditioner (cooler) would not turn off even when we switched it over to heat. We dealt with it, but it definitely needs to be looked at.

I had a late check-in due to driving through the night but when I arrived the staff clerk was very helpful. Gave me information about my room and about the hours for breakfast. I needed extra towels and he was able to help without hesitation. The room was spacious and clean upon check in. It was a great stay.
