The hotel is in a great location and has lots of amenities. Their assistant manager was very rude and made us wait 2-1/2 hrs to check in when they had plenty of rooms. He told us we were low priority

It wasn’t holiday inn fault since I always book through hotels . com. My grandma passed away this week and the process of getting refund with my insurance paid for as well was very difficult, we did not make our reservation due to making funeral and no refund was given. Overall great hotel but tough as a long time member for over 8 years for the website that I was not assisted further during this difficult time.
