Bathroom with a SMART touch-less bidet and a Rain Shower. With other amenities like AC, WiFi, 40” Smart TV, smart cooktop, premium coffee and a LG SMART combo washer/dryer. Guests will have everything they need for a comfortable and cozy stay. We're happy to assist you with any questions and with our best, to accommodate you during your stay at our lil cottage! ***PS: we R 420 friendly. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE CIGS, blunts or any nicotine except for vapes, joints; no spliffs (nicotine), straight cannabis is ok but please reframe from smoking any cigarettes inside the adu! We built a private fence for smoking area in the backyard. Thank you so much!

Quaint Sacramento

I am from Sacramento and unfortunately didn’t have any family able to house me and my puppy for the holidays. Lily’s guest house was a perfect little setup for me and my dog while we were home. Surprisingly spacious for one person and fully equipped with everything I needed and more; there was not much to complain about. The private backyard area with cover and seating was a nice addition; although it was really muddy during my visit and so we couldn’t utilize it as much as we wanted. I am sure it will be great for nice, quiet, and private evenings during the summer. Don’t expect much from the immediate neighborhood as it’s not the nicest, but a short drive will get you to some better areas with big parks and shopping. Overall had a great visit.

It was an escape from reality while being the reality I want.

Overall great stay! I loved every little detail in the cottage, ample room in the fridge, ample room in the cottage. The greens on the walls were my favorite part! It was decorated just how I would decorate so it was wonderful to be in that space. We celebrated our first Christmas there, so I'm sure we'll be back for future visits!

I LOVED this stay! The decor was fabulous, and there were so many thoughtful details put into not only the preparation of my stay but the cottage itself. I brought my cat with me and the property is 420 friendly. The hosts are very kind and have created a wonderfully luxurious experience that you should try. 10/10

The property manager and the cottage were fantastic! It’s a beautifully renovated ADU with so many personal touches that make you feel at home. The bed and pillows are comfortable, which is a rare finding with Air BNBs! The host is very responsive and accommodating! Our biggest concern though was the neighborhood - it seems to be a pretty rough part of town. We didn’t feel safe going for a walk with our dog and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car parked on the street. The cottage and host definitely get 10/10, but the neighborhood is much less perfect.
