5 Stars – Wonderful Stay for a Special Family Celebration

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home while celebrating our daughter’s college graduation and her outdoor track & field conference championships. The house was perfect for our multi-generational family gathering, including grandparents. It was spacious, extremely clean, and very well appointed.The kitchen and living areas were comfortable and ideal for spending time together. The pool was a huge hit—clean and well maintained, perfect for relaxing between events. The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches like coffee, shampoo, and conditioner. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.The location was also very convenient—only about 20 minutes from Sacramento State University and downtown Sacramento, which made getting to the graduation events easy.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality rental in the Sacramento area. It made a special weekend even more memorable!

Family friendly stay

I needed space for (6)out of town adults and they all were very pleased with the space, cleanliness, and access to the property. Great location, but the driveway is directly on a corner street. We had great and timely communication with the Host Marco, who even helped us with being locked out of the home! Our fault of course, but he responded promptly and assisted with regaining access in no time! Thanks Marco!

Fabulous Stay

This was a lovely stay! The house was nice with plenty of bed space (having the one room with 2 doubles was great for our large family). The bathrooms were all size-able with tubs for the littles. The pool was wonderful and having the gazebo area with shade was great. Marco was lovely and so very prompt with communication! Will definitely stay again when we come to town again.

Amazing home, location and host!

This is the ideal property if you're visiting the area. The home is beautifully decorated with an amazing backyard, extremely clean, and close to the interstate, shopping and restaurants. The host Marco was very accommodating and kind. I definitely plan to book this property again when we visit Sacramento, California!

Wonderful experience with this beautiful house

Very happy to have booked this home

I had some initial concerns because the house is located right next to the traffic light at the intersection of what seemed like a busy street. The location turned out great with minimal street noise and located in a very quiet & friendly neighborhood. Shops and restaurants are near by. Very convenient. Backyard reminds me of a resort with the well maintained pool. Inside of the home- very clean throughout, high end kitchen appliances, beautiful decor. We came for a school competition at cal state Sacramento. This location is an easy 15-20 min away and so much nicer than downtown area. All in all I am so happy with this home and grateful to the home owner for having us.

In short…

The property was gorgeous! It looks just like the pictures online. The beds were really comfortable. It has a lot of space. I love to cook so the kitchen was perfect. It had all the supplies i needed and it was big enough for what I wanted to do. The house was spacious and easy to locate. It is right on the corner but I couldn’t hear anything in the house. It was rainy and gloomy so we didn’t get to utilize the pool but maybe next time. The communication was on point. Marco responded in a timely manner and even reached out about lawn care that would be done later on in the week. Overall my stay was amazing and i will definitely be staying again.

CLEAN, COZY, SPACIOUS STAY

thank you for an amazing stay. The space was very clean and had all the essentials. Upon arrival, the place smelled fresh. All bedding / mattresses were super comfortable. Also more than enough towels and warm blankets. It was too cold to really enjoy the backyard, but nice pool/outdoor setup. My only persona peeve is just wish all the lighting was one consistent tone. Personally I prefer warm tone lighting, easier on the eyes. Some missing lightbulbs in some areas. Also, brighter lighting in the guest room closest to the kitchen. But again, just a small peeve as a home decorator. ;-) Would def stay here again!

It was a fantastic clean bright and still feels really like home

Great property house is extremely quiet even though the road was kind of busy you never heard it inside the house outside the pool with the waterfall was so relaxing if we go back to Sacramento we would definitely look at renting this place
