Nestled across the street from Florin Creek Park and Recreation Center, this home offers both convenience and tranquility. Plus, it's situated within the esteemed Elk Grove School District, making it an ideal choice for families. Book your stay and experience the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern luxury.
Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest’s stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, you place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process and keeping cleaning costs down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.
