Property is pretty Spartan. Shower stall has nylon curtain, has no curb and floor is not pitched properly so water leaks into the hallway. Warm water requires patience — you need to run the faucet a while until you get warm water. Very insufficient space around the sink to lay out personal toiletries, even for one person who is male. Shower stall has no place to put any personal hygiene items. Friendly service.

It was awesome, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very nice too and staff is very friendly. We did felt a little bit lost at arrival opening doors and finding the room ourselves but overall is was a very pleasant stay. We will be back

The hotel was exactly what we wanted, low cost but good quality. We were there for the skiing not the hotel. The menus was limited however, we chose to eat out where there was more choice and better value.

There was no water for two days, no way to flush toilets, wash hands, take a shower. Expedia was informed but did not react for 72 hours. No one offered even drinking water. The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. The hotel provided a full refund but Expedia would not provide it to the customer despite receiving it from the company.

Das Zimmer war klasse. Sauber hell und simple. Als Idee wäre, in dem offenen Regal vielleicht noch eine ausziehbare Platte zu installieren um ein kleinen Schreibtisch zu haben (und ein Hocker oder Stuhl) so das man auch mal am Laptop arbeiten könnte… Auch zu empfehlen kleinere und weichere Kissen. Ansonsten kann ich nichts anmerken. Besten Dank ich komme gerne wieder…

Déçu

Nous avons logé alors que l’hôtel avait ouvert depuis seulement 5 jours. Le concept est intéressant. Mais le prix est beaucoup trop cher pour le service. La chambre est minimal, mais un verre avec une bouteille d’eau aurait été apprecié. Vous ne pouvez pas mettre des chambre à ce prix là, alors qu’il n’y a qu’un lit et 4 étagères, pas de petite table comme appoint ni chaise etc… avec une salle de bain ordinaire. Je me réjouissait de découvrir cet hôtel, mais j’ai été très déçue. Le personnel aurait pu renseigner mieux également pour le parking de Saas-Fee, en effet le ticket est à garder jusqu’à la fin du séjour et avec le même ticket vous sortez et entrer du parking, cela m’aurait évité de payer plus cher, alors que j’étais hôte à l’hôtel. Chose très positive, le restaurant de l’hôtel, délicieux et personnel très sympa!
