Room is clean. I arrived at 0700 and they gave me the room already. I like the flooring, not sure if it is real wood or synthetic but it is very clean. Wifi is strong and fast. The only setback is the water gets easily cold. But overall, I will recommend.

Great hotel in an ideal location. Price was reasonable, breakfast was ok. The staff were extremely helpful. Especially the young lady who spoke very good English. She had lots of helpful advice for places to visit. Would definitely stay there again.

3 nights stay in Sapa Land Hotel to Remember.

Sapa is beautiful town surrounded by mountains. There are many hotels and restaurants converted from old colonial buildings. Foods are cheap and tasty. The towns slack in maintenance and cleanliness. I do enjoy my 3 nights in Sapa. Sapa Land Hotel meet its marks. The breakfast is good.

房間與餐廳都有蟑螂，毛巾老舊且有黃色痕跡。床與枕頭有一股味道。由於價格便宜，所以不要求太多。

L'hôtel est bien placé et très confortable. La réceptionniste nous a organisé le bus pour Dien Bien Phu et nous a permis de rester dans le hall jusqu'au pick up.
