Terrific business hotel, well-located amidst good dining options. Rooms are clean and modern. We have stayed here multiple times and it is always our first option when we travel to the area. My only nitpick is the hotel's shift to the bistro-style breakfast service, which isn't terribly competitive with other local options in terms of price or quality.

Beautiful facility, comfortable bed but no coffee in the lobby was not very hospitable. There is a small coffee maker in the room but I prefer fresh brewed coffee.

I love the surrounding food options & the much needed bar option. The employees were very friendly and helpful, but my room was not clean. The bathroom toliet was disgusting. The beds were not made properly. There was hair all over the floors and sink. I did call the front desk to make sure she had given me a room that had been previously service and they immediately sent housekeeping to confirm & they said the housekeeper was new & in training. That was my only complaint, but I slept peacefully after i cleaned & disinfected the room myself.

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Cleaning lady was super nice. Toilet was dirty, tub wouldn’t stay open for a shower, so kept filling up.

The personnel at the front were amazing; very professional, pleasant and accommodating. Impressed with comfort of the bed and the small fee for incidentals. Location close to restaurants even within walking distance. Looking forward to my next stay and recommend to others. Outta Houston
