I assumed the hotel was going to be run down and dirty because of how affordable it was, BUT it was so clean and spacious! Usually cheaper rooms have horrible beds, so I was so surprised when the bed was actually comfortable! I will definitely be staying here again!

Don’t slam doors!

As always we love staying here, but this time we got 2 queen beds and they were a bit hard. The only other complaint is that people need to be more mindful so if you have to get up at 6am try avoid slamming your doors for there are other guest still sleeping!

Excellent Stay

Our stay was very pleasant. My husband had recently had shoulder surgery. So he was having a hard time sleeping comfortably in the bed. We were excited to see our room had a recliner which made it convenient for him to sleep at. The room was very clean and quiet. Making for a peaceful weekend getaway stay.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

This will always be our go to place for Ruidoso! We have been here 3 times now and they have been more than accommodating to us, especially when I made a wrong booking they didn’t charge us instead let us book for the right dates! We always ask for a certain room and they are always willing to put us there if it’s open! Absolutely recommend this place!

Ruidoso Mountain Inn Stay

Overall our stay was good. It was our anniversary weekend and was looking forward to the hot tub, however it was outside and it snowed on Saturday. The room was a good size, we got a king size bed. The overall feel was Cowboy Country. There were cowboy pictures throughout the hotel and with dark outdated paint colors thoughout the interior of the hotel. The restroom had the paint peeling off and bulbs were not working in the room and elevator. In the entrance, they had Indian items, clothing, and bags that they were selling. We checked in Friday afternoon and afterwards, there was always a sign saying they would be right back. There was a male sitting on the side, when i needed towels, i was told by him to look for the house keepers in the halls. We did not experience any problems with anyone in the hotel, so it was peaceful throughout our stay. We did have to lysol the room because it had a dusty smell but everything was clean. Overall, for the price, it was a good stay.
