Very nice cabin, excellent view of Ruidoso, and the cleanliness is very good overall. The downside is that it only has one TV and no antenna for over-the-air signal, so we couldn't watch the Thanksgiving Day football games. Communication with the owner was a bit difficult when trying to access the property. Overall, I do recommend it, but better communication with the owner would be helpful.

The house was stuffy and hot when we entered and the smell of dust was pretty consistent through the stay.Curtains were dirty, window sills were dusty and dirty.The only towels that could be located were in the downstairs bathroom.Upstairs bathroom towel rack is missing a set screw which means it feel off its mount easily and often.Upstairs bathroom soap was empty.Upstairs beds were very hard and uncomfortable.Most of the plastic porch chairs had cracks and/or were broken.No trash bag in the main trashcan.No check-in instructions were provided until we arrived at the property for our stay and reached out to the property managers.

Awesome stay

We had an excellent stay at this property. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any inquiries, making the entire experience seamless. 10 out of 10—would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view

Beautiful views. Owner responded promptly to an issue we had with a light. Nicely decorated. Downstairs bedroom bed very comfortable. However, it needs a good cleaning. Very dusty; window sill in front window had a dead cockroach; all window sills dirty; the mattresses on the beds upstairs were very hard, guests did not have comfortable sleeping nights. The towels in the upstairs bathroom need replacing - old and very rough. Otherwise it's a lovely cabin. The issues we had can be easily addressed by a good cleaning crew and replacing items.

It was a really amazing house, I would definitely stay again. Just a heads up if anyone else rents it, just now it’s very hard to get up and down the driveway without 4X4. Also water heater was a bit of an issue, one person would shower and it would get cold for the rest of us and take forever to warm back up. Overall again an amazing house perfect for me and my family

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and clean. Very accommodating for our family. We will definitely recommend it and stay here again. The only thing was that it was a little hard to find because we showed up at night and GPS has a hard time getting there but we were able to find it. The parking is limited but it was okay for us. Communication with the host wes great. We had no issues what so ever throughout our stay.
