On the night side, a corridor leads to two bedrooms with 1 bed 140cm each and giving onto the balcony. A bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet.
Access to the collective tennis court and parking on the common parking lot of the residence.
FULL OCEAN VIEW - FURNISHED BALCONY - ACCESS TO THE TENNIS COURT - SMALL PETS ALLOWED
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.

Vue océan exceptionnelle!!!
Vue océan exceptionnelle! Très proche de la plage de Pontaillac et grande piste cyclable sur plusieurs kilomètres. Résidence au calme avec jolie jardin et gardien accueillant.
Point négatif: manque de rangement et de fonctionnalités. Très belle pièce à vivre mais un peu encombré.
