The hotel was absolutely fantastic, situated perfectly in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom—it was not only spotless but also surprisingly spacious, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. From start to finish, it was a truly memorable experience.

Room full of mosquitoes

We wouldn't be staying here if we ever visit Rotterdam again. The room had so many mosquitoes, our toddler son was bitten so badly that his face and ears were swollen in the morning. Once contacted, the property did provide mosquito repellents but the damage was done. They didn't provide any toiletries first. The room was in the basement with narrow winding staircase so it was really hard to get our bag in and out. There's no lift. And the weirdest part was that on one of the nights, someone was constantly banging on the main entrance door all night as the main entrance door malfunctioned. Not only was it highly inconvenient but also scary.

Ok but not great

The neighborhood and building are nice on the outside - but the patio apartment is a disappointment. First - the patio / garden is not very pleasant - gravel and weeds. Second, to get to it you have to pass through a dingy basement with all sorts of laundry piled on the floor. The room is ok but beds not very comfortable. Also, the key system is a pain. You have to use your phone and data to open all doors which is not good if you are coming from abroad or you are out all day and your battery runs out.

This property is situated in a very lively area that is central to all that Rotterdam has to offer. It is a 10 minute walk from the railway station and just around the corner from multiple eating and drinking venues. If you can't handle stairs, don't book here. The staircase is extremely steep.

The flat was very comfortable and nice, everything was easy to access, it felt homely and had a nice atmosphere. It was not as pristine as in the pictures but it didn't take away from the experience. The double bed is just 2 single beds pushed together so a bit uncomfortable. There are steep, narrow stairs so that's something to consider but not a problem for most. It's next to a bar or something, on Fridays a bit loud when they throw out bags of bottles. And if the neighbors are playing loud music in the building it's very audible. Someone's fire alarm went off once and it alerted the entire building, I find it a big plus to know that if anything happens everyone is informed and safe. The reception is excellent and the customer service too. We had some misunderstandings and also needed to check in earlier due to mandatory quarantine and they accommodated for that and helped us with everything. A very nice place for a tourist as they help with anything you need in the best way possible. We traveled with a baby so we are more sensitive to the noise etc but for young adults this place is ideal and would have been great if travelling just the two of us. When travelling with kids it's also a good place as they have cleaning equipment and laundry station on every floor and you can keep the place and clothes clean yourself without waiting for the weekly cleaning service. Overall a very good stay with a few minuses that were more so specific to our situation. Thanks!

the location is very convenient, high ceiling good size living room. Old building with a lot of noise, small bedroom, not enough pillows, no shampoo etc. There is no concierge, you should call a number to open the door for you. Which was not mentioned during reservation.

Unpleasant stay

Room seemed fine at first, but was very poorly lit and the bathroom smelled strongly of mold. It resulted in health issues and made the stay very unpleasant.

WARNING: This property is NOT as advertised. The "bedroom" is a closet with two twin beds and no ventilation. The apartment door lock is broken. There is a huge burn mark on the kitchen countertop. The toilet room is so tiny, it's impossible to use without splashing water everywhere. The building hallway was filled with bags of laundry (?) and there's only one exit. How is this even a legal rental property?

Do not stay here, this place is a death trap a seriously horrible place to stay, booked for 3 nights however left after the first night and booked into a different hotel.

The location is amazing and is just a short walk to the main shopping area and local attractions with loads of restaurants next street which is just ideal for a weekend getaway. I arrived via the Metro after having parked my Car at the kralingse zoom P&R which was only £2 for 3 days and it was just a brief walk arriving from the metro to the Apartment. I had missed the note to confirm my arrival time beforehand hence had to wait for the keys to arrive but after calling that did not take too long. The Apartment was clean and had all the essentials for a stay including facilities for making tea/coffee and cooking pans as well. There also happens to be a Spar retail shop in the street beside the apartment which is open late until 9pm. The raised ground floor which I got was good with the stairs as well. Overall a good stay, only thing to note for others is that if you get the basement or the top floors to stay it might need you to navigate a few steep stairs.

Check in acceptable. Old building with no lift and very steep and dangerous stairwell. Service almost non-existant. Windows old style and not easy to handle. Noisy at times. Smelly. Had some items taken away from the laundry room with no action when reported.

Très bien situé à moins de 15 minutes à pied de centraal station, a 7 minutes de la station metro Beeurs, propre, fonctionnel et confortable, assez spacieux. Tout parfait, sauf une fenêtre étroite dans la chambre qui n'a pas de rideaux, la lumière du jour vous reveille donc tôt le matin. A part cela, vraiment rien à redire. L'ensemble du bâtiment est calme, les escaliers très très raides, comme dans tous les bâtiments hollandais.
