A shame this property is not as advertised. I’m surprised at some other reviews, maybe we just got a bad room, but we did get the honeymoon suite so expected better. The room was very wet and the curtains were mouldy. The room was also right next to the laundry so was rather noisy. Our bed wasn’t made with room service, which is usually one of the fun things about staying at a hotel, you don’t have to make the bed. It was a bit of a disappointing property, thankfully we enjoyed the experiences Rotorua had to offer.

We loved our stay in the family suite. It was a good size for our family of 4, with a bedroom where we could pop the kids to bed and we slept on the larger bed in the lounge. Had a good kitchenette, a large bathroom and a private jetted spa bath outside. Located on Fenton street is a great location as its oretty close to town but far enough away that it isnt noisy. We would definitely stay here again.

I chose this property for the spa bath situated in the bedroom. I liked the idea of this quirky feature and we certainly made the most of it, having a soak every day of our stay, which was very relaxing. The bath was lovely and big, though it was a little worn and the jets weren't very powerful. My main disappointment with this property was the thin walls. We unfortunately had particulary noisy neighbours and the sound travelled straight through. Overall our stay was pretty comfortable, we enjoyed the spa bath and the owner was very friendly.
