Beautiful stand alone secure unit close to Rotorua

Central location, lots of out door space for children pets and vehicles. Plenty of room on side deck to safety store bikes etc. Lots of local attractions information in our information pack in unit. There is fine dinning in Rotorua plus numerous cafes.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.

Lyn was a friendly, flexible, and easy-to-communicate-with host. We were really impressed by the amenities. When we mentioned that our dog sheds a lot and asked whether a vacuum cleaner was available (there was only a broom and dustpan), Lyn went above and beyond and bought a brand new vacuum cleaner for us to use.The place is just a 2-minute walk from a park, which was perfect for spending time with our dog. The property is fully fenced and very pet-friendly. That said, we chose to keep our dog inside the house when we were away, as our Border Collie mix could potentially jump over the fence (around 1.5m high I think).Overall, it was a great stay and we would happily recommend this place to others, especially those travelling with pets.

Glad we had such a great stay in Rotorua. What really stood out was the overall comfort and atmosphere of the place. The host(Lyn) was welcoming and easy to communicate with, the amenities were well set up, and everything was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for getting around and enjoying what Rotorua has to offer. Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.
