Perfect for our large family

The house was a perfect set up for our family. My husband and I took our 4 kids (ages 14-22) as well as our oldest son's girlfriend, and the setup of the house was perfect for our group. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, and having access to the beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage was great, because that's something we weren't able to bring on the plane.

Great place to stay

This home worked out perfectly for us. We had to book it last minute due to another rental not working out due to the hurricanes. But everything was perfect for us. The host was very responsive to us during the process as far as checking for damage and communicating well.

Fanily Vacation

The location is excellent, right off of Sunnybrook. Only 1.5 miles from Swirls and Curls. All of the rooms were good and fit our needs well for our party of 8. One King bedroom does have a large window AC unit that was fairly loud. Had to crawl out of the bed in that room due to the size of the AC and the bed being large for the room, which was inconvenient but nothing that ruined the trip. Kitchen is well equipped. Love that the den area with the computer has an air mattress and pocket doors that can be closed off to make another bedroom. Would definitely consider returning to this property.

Great Management

This house was really nice to stay in. It was very family friendly and the communication with the host was perfect from day 1. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because there was a problem with the air. When notified, we were moved to a different house under the same host for the remainder of the stay. It was not an easy move with 3 small children, but we made it work. Based on the experience with the host I would expect the air would be fixed very shortly, so I would not let that one issue effect the way I viewed this stay. Things we loved most: the pool area with all the floats and seating, the office space had 2 recliners to relax in, the kitchen was well equiped

Awesome Home

The Florida Pearl is an amazing property with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic!! Beaches and restaurants close. Neighborhood was quite and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet neighborhood

We had amazing time staying in Rotonda West. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, we would either walk 1 mile to the ice cream place down the road or bike everyday with kids. We also brought our own bicycles. Myakka state forest is not far and we would drive there with our dog . We went parasailing and jet ski in Englewood! So close to all the fun places and of course dog beach in Venice - fun for kids and the dog! The house was super clean and beautiful, the heated pool perfect for swimming even at 10 pm . We loved it every second being there! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful property, well appointed and very comfortable. Property Management has been top notch. First couple of days had a water heater fail and property management had it replaced same afternoon!

The only issue with our stay would be some of the outdoor lounge furniture was a bit rusted and should be replace. But otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Amazing

This place was absolutely amazing. The home was extremely clean and well organized. It had all the amenities that parents need with younger children. The pool was amazing and the place included all of the pool toys that you can possibly think of. We had an absolute amazing time and made many memories at the house and loved the fact that the ocean is only a short distance away. Can’t wait to come back and stay there again.

A very comfortable home, close to the beaches.

We enjoyed our two week stay: property was in great conditions, close enough to 3 different beaches, in a safe neighborhood. Yard & pool maintenance was done regularly, as was the response to any issues that we may have had with home maintenance. Everything we needed was available in the house, and the conditon of it was perfectly acceptable. One strange thing that we could not find is pizza cutter (however, that's a minuscule minus compared to how wonderful the experience was).

Perfect set up!

This house has a perfect set up for multi-generation or even 2 families. The bedrooms are in 3 separate areas- so we all had privacy and quiet. The house had so many plusses! The beach items were so helpful- beach towels, chairs, and umbrella! The pool and lanai/porch were where we were 90% of the time. The games were great for the summer storms. We didn’t get to use the fire pit (due to storms and our schedule) but the set up looked wonderful. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Several beaches and some neat places are 10-20 min away. The kitchen was well equipped for family dinners. I have only great things to say about this property!

Very nice place

This was a very nice place! We are very picky people too. It was as described and well equipped and has a lot of extras that the owner has thought about. There is an extra fridge in the garage which is awesome. My wife is an OCD clean freak and she was very happy with the cleanliness of the property. As described the main tv has only basic cable which is really just local channels. It would be nice to have some more additional standard tv networks for possible rain days. We would definitely stay here again.

Layout of house is wonderful

Communication with manager was prompt and courteous We enjoyed the heated pool and outside seating area, the furniture is aged. The only TV with cable was in the living room the 2 bedrooms TVs only had premium channels (Hulu Amazon prime Netflix ) The couch in the living room and the chairs in the kitchen need to be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay

The property was as advertised, clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the pool area and the fire pit. Our only complaint was that the only TV that got cable channels was in the living room. The bedroom TVs only had premium channels such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. We discussed this with the property manager and this may have been corrected now.
