The luxurious and very quiet apartment is located directly at the city port of Rostock, approx. 50 m to the pier, where you can also go fishing or swimming. Only the shouting of the seagulls could disturb your calm. Five days a year you can experience the hustle and bustle of the "Hanse Sail" up close from your terrace, you are almost in the middle of it. Enjoy the Mediterranean and luxurious ambience in an upscale house community and a fantastic view of the Warnow (city harbor) and the hustle and bustle. A wide range of shopping options such as an Edeka or Aldi market, as well as takeaway, cleaning and a pharmacy can be found in the "Neptune Shopping Center" just 100 meters away. The Volkstheater "Hall 207" is also directly opposite the building.
