Good value and great location. The reception was hard for us to find and we spent about 15 minutes wandering around, so it would be helpful to get an informational email saying exactly where to go for the reception. The name above the door wasn't the one we were expecting to see. Other than that it was all good!

Excellent hotel garni in the centre of Rostock

Excellent place. They need you to show up before 2000 hrs on the day you check in. This is a hotel garni so it doesn’t have a 24 hour reception. There is some out of hours service from the attached Leon’s restaurant. The place is tiptop. You might have to wend your way up or down some steps to get to the room. It’s small but ideal for an outdoors holiday where you only come in to stay at night.

Excellent location, right in the city centre but on a side-street and not on the acutal shopping-street. We stayed in the annex, who was in direct connection with main-building, reception and two good steak-restaurants.

I made a short vacation with my family and was looking for a nice and clean hotel in Rostock. After i saw the reviews I booked it for us we had 2 rooms for all of us (5). Don’t get me wrong, the room looked clean and the sheets were changed and fresh. But The rooms where dirty the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom wasn’t mopped ether. I had the room for kids because I have a 3 and 11 year old. So the bathroom had some brown spots all over the floor, i found long dark hair on the toilet seat and all over the room. Like on the nightstand the table what the heck there were every where. The. Tv in the room was mamking noises like it wanted to explode every second. My parent room wasn’t any better same thing no clean floor or bathroom this one was even sticky. You know you come in a room and the first thing you hear is the nice gluey sound of your shoes on the floor. Mmmm lovely. Theree is no phone in the rooms also the reception is in another building and not open the hole time at 8:30 pm there closed down so super nice if you have a complaint and no one to contact. We booked the breakfast. Don’t do it there is a bakery right around the corner for a nice breakfast. I thing there dishwasher wasn’t working properly or there really reused the dirty dishes. There where butter and coffee spots on almost every dish. I don’t mean the coffee spot on the side of a cup or on top of the plate no I mean the one you leave with your mouth wile drinking out of it. Disgusting

Positive surprise in an excellent location.

This hotel is smack dab in the middle of the Altstadt. The check-in desk is located in the middle of a courtyard, but my room was in a building 2 streets down in another building. No big deal. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked it. The only thing I didn't like was the deep tub with a hand sprayer instead of a shower. Inconvenient, but no big deal. Also, nobody was at the checkout desk in the morning, so I left my key in my room unlocked. I guess it was okay, I haven't been told anything yet. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Pleasant hotel close to train station

Had some difficulty finding the hotel when we arrived at the station as taxi would not take us there as "it was within the walking area". Signage was somewhat lacking and we had to drag our cases over the cobbled streets. We were made welcome when we arrived and we were very happy with the room.

Nice Hotel, But Don't Be Late!

Clean room, convenient location in the center of Rostock. Reception closes at 9PM, so we would have been shut out if we had not been lucky enough to run into another guest who knew to take us to the adjoining restaurant to check in.

Very nice and spacious room. Right off the main pedestrian shopping street in the Old Town, close to central square. We came after reception closed, but not a problem as they had a dropbox for the key and were very helpful.
