The rooms could definitely be cleaned better. My bathroom had hair everywhere in the bathtub and on the walls, behind the nightstand on the floor was liquid that was spilled with dust and dirt in it, the floor next to the window had previous spill stains. Inside all of the drawers were crumbs and hair and dirt. The beds were super hard but the pillows were nice. I also had to shake off the blankets on the bed and those also had hair and dirt on them when we first got into the room. I feel that changing sheets after every checkout would prevent that.They did however upgrade me from a single queen to 2 double beds free of charge which was nice and which is why I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 1. It states free continental breakfast which includes of bagels, Greek yogurt, apples, oatmeal and coffee and juice and hot chocolate so make sure you pack food with you.
