Overall the room was clean, but had some hiccups. The sink did not drain properly. The bathroom door handle had been installed backwards, so it was always a nuisance closing the bathroom door.The heater/air conditioner unit ran continuously and was quite noisy.

On the web, it was rated 8.0 it is not a 8.0 the bathroom knobs on the shower were backwards and every time you got in and adjusted the heat it would turn cold. The blankets are so thin on the bed that you froze. It said it had a full breakfast. It’s not a full breakfast. It’s a continental breakfast not impressed. I will not be staying at best Western again thank you

The young woman who worked the evening check-in shift, Savannah, was a GEM. She worked against impossible odds to make sure everyone was taken care of. She dealt with crabby old people and impatient parents all on her own, but never once did she act annoyed or snotty. She was great. Give her a raise.

Don't do it

Don't do it. Not even for a "just to sleep" it's literally not worth it. The room smelt like must and smoke. The beds were terrible. Like what you imagine they have in prison. Spring in your back and pops everytime you move. Then the power went out in just our row and not a word from anyone. Not even the next morning at checkout. So no heat. Wasn't looking for anything fancy, was just looking for a "were gonna be busy all day, just need to crash" and you're better off sleeping in a rest stop.

Nice Morning Staff- Rude Night Staff- Dirty

The check-in was the worst experience I have had. The night staffer was rude from start to finish. He was unnecessarily suspicious when my partner and kiddo did not come in to check in because the kiddo was sleeping in the car. He then threw a tantrum when my partner was waiting for me in the drive not blocking anyone's path and moved when another vehicle got there. He prolonged the check in process due to this and was incredibly rude. I have never experienced this before. That being said although he is a representative of the business he did not set the tone for the rest of the staff who were incredibly personalable and kind. The room was small, it had a odd smell, and unfortunately the floors left my kiddos feet covered in grime. It was one of the few times I left a hotel craving a shower to get rid of the ick feeling. However the hotel had clean towels,sheets, and an above average offering of soaps, shampoos and other common toiletries. Breakfast was one of the largest spreads I've seen in awhile which was nice in the morning.

The parking is enclosed. Feels safer. It is near a plaza with Ross, Michaels ,Grocery Outlet and restaurants. Check in was easy. We walked to the Thai restaurant and had a good meal reasonably priced. Room Was comfortable. The price was fair. Next to Highway. But not noisy.
